I love this company. The furniture is of a great quality. I have purchased side tables for my bed, antique mirror & oatmeal sofa and I am very happy with all of my purchases. Also the delivery is always very quick. Highly reccomend to buy from Daals.

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Company!
This has been the worst shopping experience we’ve ever had. Do not buy from this company if you respect yourself!
We ordered a TV stand and were told that delivery would only be attempted once, and that a second attempt would cost £30. We made sure to stay home all day for the first delivery. When the item finally arrived, the box stank of urine. My wife had to tear it apart outside and bring each piece in carefully to avoid damaging them — and some parts were quite heavy.
When I started assembling the unit, I realised the main panel was completely wrong and didn’t fit with any other parts. We emailed Daals immediately, and they asked us to reassemble the unit just to make a video and take photos showing which pieces didn’t align. That meant assembling and disassembling it several times, while the large pieces took up half our living room and all the items from our old TV unit were still in boxes.
After sending all the evidence, Daals said they would “try” to find the correct replacement part. That process took three weeks. Every time we contacted them, they had no solution, no apology, and didn’t even offer any compensation. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was only one on shift and that they’d call back within 24 hours — no one ever did.
After weeks of waiting, I told them they had two days to deliver the correct part or collect everything within three days, otherwise it would go in the bin. At that point, they threatened us, saying that if we disposed of the item and requested a refund through the bank, we would “be in trouble.” They also claimed they were still “within the timeframe” according to their policy — first saying 14 working days from our request, then correcting themselves to 14 days from their response.
I also spoke to my bank, who assured me that if the company continued to ignore us, we could recover our money.
When I called Daals again to cancel the order, they suddenly claimed they would deliver within two days — but never sent any confirmation. The next day, they denied ever saying that and even accused me of making it up. They then promised that within two days they’d have a delivery date, which could take another two weeks.
Eventually, I received an email saying delivery would happen on Saturday if I confirmed by 1 p.m. I did — and the item finally arrived. Although I managed to assemble it, the pre-drilled screw holes are a few millimetres off, so the doors and drawers don’t open or close properly.
We also felt pressured and bullied into waiting for the replacement parts. When we initially said we wanted to cancel, they told us collection would be arranged in up to 10 working days, with the actual pickup possibly taking another 14 days after that. Once the item was received and inspected, it could take an additional 10 days for the refund to be processed. That’s why we decided to wait — we genuinely thought it might be quicker than cancellation.
After this entire ordeal, I can honestly say I will never buy from Daals again. Their customer service is unprofessional, their quality control is awful, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I will be reporting this company for investigation — they should not be allowed to operate like this.

Awful quality furniture, terrible customer support. Weaponized incompetence forces you to accept low partial refunds when you asked them to replace broken planks etc. Shameful company to be avoided as much as possible.

I order 5 pieces of furniture from Daals which took ages to arrive but finally did on September 25th 2025. The doors on the bookcase were split so I immediately got in touch and was fobbed off with an offer of a 10% discount! I wanted replacement doors but they have stalled and eventually agreed to replace the whole unit. However it's now October 11th and I still have no delivery date for the replacement bookcase despite emailing the company several times. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend the use of this company.

Was originally sceptical because I’d not heard of the company really but only seemed to be online. Been looking at their bed for ages. I was incredibly happy with the delivery, the quality of the bed and the quality of the instructions too as flat pack can be quite rubbish sometimes! Overall will be purchasing with them again

When the footstool arrived and unopened the box I didn’t even remove it as the material/colour was not as expected so had to return. The pictures on the website looked like pale grey boucle but up close it is dark grey with white boucle.
I returned it by DPD for next day delivery and a week on I am still waiting for the refund, being advised at first to send tracking number to help ID the parcel and then to be patient whilst they tried to find the package and now that it will take 10 working days to review it.
Not too impressed with this process so will not be ordering again in the future.

Delighted with assembled product
The result is excellent and now in use. The instructions and labelled parts for assembly were superior to any self-assembly storage we have bought in the past. Some of the screw heads were smaller than we expected. Delighted with the finished product. Also reassured that instructions included helpline contact number although we didn't need it.
