Highly recommended for freelancers

This really is a great tool for freelancers who don't have much accounting knowledge. The customer support is really good, friendly and fast! I use the free version which in itself is already good. There is place for some minor improvement, but they are always open to suggestions.
The invoicing tool, combined with bank account integration, is really useful.

Excellent and Available Support

You always worry about the support. How long will you wait before somebody takes your call or answer your email. Will they be competent and engaged.

Indy operates only via chat/email but communication and support is nearly instant.

The chat teams are exceptionally available, communicative, competent and have a rounded and exceptionally patient attitude.

The software is intuitive and user-friendly
