I had a small chip and called Ingeni as advised. Clair dealt with the call and sent forms out immediately. Easy process to follow with help and advice given. Only 4 stars at the moment as the repair hasn't been completed yet. But top marks for customer services so far

I needed to claim for a scratch to my front bumper and called Ingeni who explained the claims process and emailed the form promptly. My claim was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I wasn't able to provide offroad parking for the repair work to be carried out so Ingeni kindly called my local Ford dealership who recommended a local repair company.
Once the repair was done Ingeni were quick to get back to me to let me know the claim for payment was approved. Altogether the claims process was very straightforward. The person who handled my claim was Oscar Fletcher who did a great job.

Great service from Ingeni. The customer service teams were really helpful and the claim process was straight forward. Yes you have to send lots of photos of scratches but that’s to ensure the claim is legitimate. Once they agreed the claim, the repair centre contacted me within 24 hours and my car was booked in. Really easy.

All has gone fine up until now. Only hiccup was down to the post office. Oscar was very helpful. Just have to wait now and see if the actual repair work is done as well too.

After the tyre pressure warning light came on in my Kia Sportage, I found a screw in the side wall of one of my rear tyres. I took the car to my local garage who were unable to make a repair due to the position of the screw and so I contacted Ingeni to log a claim. I was emailed the necessary claim forms by return. The instructions were clear so the whole process was straightforward. I had acknowledgment of the paperwork being received, approval was given within 5 days and payment followed in under two weeks.
I have been impressed with the efficiency of the company and am pleased I decided to purchase the insurance when I bought my car - one less bill to worry about!

I found an irreparable nail in the tyre wall and contact Ingeni for assistance. I spoke with Oscar, who was extremely helpful. Oscar advised of all the necessary steps I needed to take to submit a claim. From submission to outcome response (approval) it was about 4 days which was great. Full coats for the affected tyre will be reimbursed (within 30 days which my only gripe). Great service and insurance product.

I contacted Ingeni after our car was given a red warning at its first service for a cut in the NSF Tyre. I spoke with Oscar who emailed the forms and instructions for us to claim. It was all very easy, and we completed the transfer of forms and pictures within a day. Claim was upheld, a pleasant experience
