Ordered Helite Airbag on the 25.03.2024…

Ordered Helite Airbag on the 25.03.2024 Order marked as prepared to be shipped a week later. For another month the product has not been passed on the courier. When asked about shipping status I was 3 times told everything is being done to get the parcel moving. After a month and a week I’m told the parcel has been lost. I believe the shop didn’t have the stick in the first place and was dishonest about shipping. No proof of courier issue either. 6 weeks later I still don’t have my necessary safety equipment nor my €500. Avoid.
