Nous sommes désolés pour le manque de mise à jour du suivi et pour le stress que cela a pu engendrer. I want to reassure you: if, from the very first try, you did not feel either the light compression or the effect of the 3D weaving, there are two possibilities, either the leggings are too big, or you have received a defective product. This could very well be the case, as we have recently had a few returns concerning pieces that should never have passed our quality control. If you truly don’t feel anything at all, there is a strong chance that yours is one of them.


If, despite all these explanations, you believe your purchase is indeed defective, we have a simple and fast process to either send you a replacement legging that meets our standards, or issue you a refund.

This could very well be the case, as we have recently had a few returns concerning pieces that should never have passed our quality control. If you truly don’t feel anything at all, there is a strong chance that yours is one of them.

Now, regarding our manufacturing process and the quality of our leggings: we work with our own partner factories, following very strict specifications. Our leggings weigh 300 grams compared to less than 130 grams for low-quality copies. We carry out rigorous quality control on every batch, and what you describe confirms my feeling that you have most likely received a defective piece.

Like 90% of the global textile industry (including Nike, Adidas, Gymshark, and Lululemon), we manufacture in China, which remains the most advanced textile hub in the world today. There are factories of extremely high quality with unparalleled expertise, which allows us to produce technical products like ours.

If, despite all these explanations, you believe your purchase is indeed defective, we have a simple and fast process to either send you a replacement legging that meets our standards, or issue you a refund.

We have a simple and straightforward returns policy: either you send your parcel back to us for a refund, or, if your product is faulty, we will send you a new one or issue an immediate refund. Hello Marillo,

I completely understand your frustration and I’d like to clarify a few points so the situation is perfectly transparent.

Regarding returns for the UK, it is true that our logistics centre in Leicester is not yet fully operational. Its opening is scheduled for the end of this month, and in the meantime, we have a specific procedure in place to assist our UK customers who wish to make a return. I’m sorry if the person you spoke to via email did not properly inform you about this procedure. This lack of guidance does not reflect our standards, and I want to correct it immediately.

As for the quality of our leggings, I can assure you that they are not comparable to low-cost products found on platforms such as Temu. Our leggings are manufactured with a high fabric weight of 300g, compared to around 130g for cheap copies. This gives them superior support, durability, and comfort. I wear them myself daily, and the vast majority of our customers send us very positive feedback. However, if you have received a defective item, I would like to check it personally so that we can find the right solution.

Please email me directly with photos of your leggings so I can verify whether there is a manufacturing defect. If so, I will arrange either a refund or a replacement for you.

At Léonie & Co, whether or not our customers are happy with the product, our priority is always to provide them with excellent service and to resolve any issue quickly and efficient
