I am sure that it is not a coincidence that, a few hours after I place an order with you, my phone starts to ring frequently with calls from numbers I do not know. This is likely due to your not respecting a client's privacy and sharing personal information. I'm stopping my shopping with you for this reason.

I’ve been a subscriber to the Lookfantastic Beauty Box, and every time something goes wrong with delivery (which happens often), I have to fight for weeks to get my money back. This time was the last straw. Due to a confusing system on their website, my address wasn’t fully updated—something I only discovered after they shipped the box to the wrong location.
They refuse to refund me unless I personally collect the box from a courier two hours away—which I won’t do, since they failed to clarify how to update the address properly. To make things worse, customer support just repeats the same generic nonsense: that I’m under a “contract” and cannot cancel, even though I never signed anything. Subscriptions are not binding contracts, and refusing a refund for an undelivered product is against basic consumer rights.
Their customer service feels outsourced and entirely useless—no real help, no accountability. I’ve now cancelled the automatic renewal and will never subscribe again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.

After buying products from lf for many times, there were always cases of breakage and missing delivery, so I applied for a refund with lf according to the actual situation. I was told a few days ago that the refund rate was high and forced to close my account! My credit and bonus for referrals in the account are all unavailable!!! What a black business! Please don't buy in this store. Contacting customer service will not solve any problems, and there is no other contact channel

I received your package which appeared to have been tampered with .The box had been slit along the top and through the delivery label and along the box opening then resealed roughly with brown tape.
Inside the box the packaging was in disarray with the perfume box black packaging and ribbon laying loosely inside.
When opened the perfume bottle was rattling around inside its box with no packaging material.
I am very concerned that the perfume as also been tampered with and i would like your reassurance that it has not

I changed my address a month ago and LF sent the beauty box to the previous adress and told me they couldn’t do anything. So i lost 20euros and they just don’t care to do anything about it.

I subscribe the beauty box for 3/4 years and always had issues with customer support. Once there was a problem with my payment method (an issue from the site itself) and because of that my box did not immediatly ship. When I sent an email regarding this they said I would not be charged (wow) but the box was out of stock so I wouldn't even receive it. Among other saved replies I sometimes get that don't even address the issues I report. I still subscribe it because there's no competition in my country but I'm seriously getting tired. For instance, I have the same of 3 blushes because the items are so repetitive.
