Avoid at all costs. Scam company. Takes months to send products, spams you with promotions, like several emails a day. I had moved to a new adress by the time they sent the package and my pick up notication from them got buried in all the spam they sent! I tried to get in touch with the courier company but the package was on the way back, and stylevana told me it was going to be destroyed. So, I spent €90 for nothing. At first they offered a discount code of that value but they keep telling me it should be active even though I have sent them several screenshots of the checkout saying the code isn't valid. Wish I would have read trustpilot before ordering but live and learn I guess! I really tried to be forthcoming and polite but their passive aggressive emails just repeating the same things ("the code is active, make sure you're logged in") despite me having saying it still didn't work has made me lose my patience. This scam company is literally just taking your money! Will report them for sure!!!

I will give O as rating if I could. Same issue as everyone else’s here. Not sure if I will ever get my refund but I’m reporting them as fraud to my bank, and reporting their website to be blocked by my country.

I ordered products 2 weeks ago. My current order status is "in attesa". I tried to contact Support 4 times (including my data and order number in each email) in these weeks and no-one replied! I don't understand if the order is delayed due to unavailability of the products, unsuccessful payment, or any other issues.
I am truly disappointed in their customer service and still wondering if I will receive my parcel!

Really kicking myself for not checking the reviews before i placed an order with this company whivh i deeply regret. Its been 30days since i placed my order and havent received it yet till now. Chased it up but they just told some lie that the package had been lost in transit together with other packages and they were being returned to them. I asked for a refund at his point because im moving houses and i know i wont get the order in time. They refused. Customer service really poor. They ignore or dont respond to sone enails. They are scammers and liars and if you can avoid them will save you the time and effort. They deserve zero stars.

Horrible company and the customer service is just plain rude. I have placed an order on the 21st of August, after waiting a month for the package to be sent I asked for a cancellation so I can order elsewhere. Out of nowehere the package was sent with some transporter nobody ever heard of. The package never arrived and the track and trace says my adress doesn’t exist( all my other orders arrived at the same adress?) after this the customer service of the sender isn’t doing anything after 4 calls and promised action and 22 emails. They asked me for coordinates of my adres and pictures? Wich I sent and still they kept saying it doesn’t exist. After getting my lawyer involved the package is being sent back and still stylevana is IGNORING ME AND NOT REFUNDING ME. The only answer I get is they are investigating, while not having contacted the sender or investigated anything. They are stealing your money and not delivering anything to you. DONT ORDER HERE FROM THESE THIEVES

I ordered 73 euros worth of goods on 20 September. They hadn't arrived after two weeks so I contacted them. They told me to wait another week as the shipment company was experiencing delays then they would look into it. Waited a week - still nothing. They told me the courier had it and to contact them. I checked with courier company - they don't have it so Stylevana LIED to me. Contacted Stylevana again. They said to wait two more weeks!! Absolutely disgusting service and I still haven´t received my order or a refund. When I log into Stylevana it says it has been delivered which is a lie. Customer service useless who just send template responses and don´t care

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent Stylevana order. I placed it on Sept 28 and waited two weeks without any update — only to find out after contacting support myself that one product was out of stock, and that my entire order would be delayed for almost a month because of it. They also offer no proactive resolution.
For a company of this scale, such lack of communication and transparency is really unacceptable. I’ve already requested a full cancellation and refund, but I truly hope this feedback reaches your team so no other customer has to experience the same thing.

Scammed by Stylevana: ordered something, never got it, and no refund. Support keep saying they need to get the package back and they are in contact with the shipping company. It’s been almost 2 months. Don’t shop here.

Hello.I have a damaged package that hasnt been delivered since august. i sent dozens of messages and the response was to wait for investigation. More than two month heve passed and the tracking number shows that the damaged package has delivered back to them They dont want to tell me whether they received the package or not. i dont think they will ever return my koney

I wish I could give zero stars. I’m sure the product is fine, but the customer service as well as shipping is completely abysmal. I ordered on June 6. It is now October 8, and I still have not received my product nor a refund despite multiple requests. The delivery company (e-mile) returned it to sender for an unknown reason. This would be fine except that Stylevana now refuses to refund me stating “we have not yet received a clear response from the courier”. I have provided them the shipping number which clearly states it was returned to sender. I have not received my product and yet the company has not refunded payment after several requests and clear evidence. Is this not theft/scam?

I’ve since filed a credit card dispute. If you’re considering ordering from Stylevana, be cautious — refund process is extremely slow when something goes wrong. Gave 2 stars if they do get items shipped, it takes a month to delive,r but items are cheaper so I gave them 2 stars

If I could give no stars I would! AVOID AVOID AVOID this company, I placed my order on 13th September, nowhere did it state that it will take 8 weeks to arrive which is what it will be now!! I didn't receive a tracking number until 25th September even though they said my items had been despatched the day after I ordered. I have emailed a dozen times and they just keep sending the same response about a tracking number they do not reply to my request for refund and the fact I have had to spend out on more products elsewhere as I am out of what I ordered, they have not addressed any of my concerns and no real apology either or compensation offered, they just keep saying the products are coming from Hong Kong, well we all receive stuff from China but it doesn't take this long, Temu for example arrive now within a week! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CONNING YOU!

I placed an order on Sept 1, but since I didn’t receive a tracking number or confirmation by sept 11, I tried to cancel the order. They said it was not possible. They finally sent the order on Sept 16, and on Sept 27, it was returned to them because the documentation for the import was incomplete and DHL Germany sent it back. I called DHL and they confirmed Stylevana had received the package back, but they don’t reply to any email since September 16 and by October 7: I don’t have my order, no answer, no way to contact them, and no refund or explanation.
Absolutely the worst.
UPDATE: Hi Stylevana, I’ve been sending several emails over the past 3 weeks (including my email address, order number, and other details), but I haven’t received any reply yet.. If you have the time to pretend publicly, please check your inboxes and give an answer and a refund.

Item received with no product in it. Elizabeth Arden lip , ordered 8 of them as use it a lot. Opened the 2nd one, no product. Took photos and sent within 2 weeks of receiving. Company gave me the runaround! Several emails all wanting different info, eg. Expiry date, manufacture date, pictures of box, label, tube, order. I sent everything i had. Eventually they said because I didn't report it within 24 hours they refused to take responsibility. Who opens cosmetics, including the packaging and item to check it has product if you are ordering multiples? Or presents? It would look used! Now they refuse to respond to email.

I’m genuinely impressed with my shopping experience at Stylevana. My order arrived exactly 14 days after purchase, perfectly packed and in excellent condition — not a single item was damaged during transit.
This was my second order from Stylevana, and once again, everything went smoothly. I also contacted their customer service several times via email, and they always replied to my messages. That’s an important point to mention, because I saw many reviews saying they don’t respond — but in my case, the communication was quick and helpful.
After reading so many mixed and negative reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but I’m pleasantly surprised by how reliable and professional the service turned out to be. Overall, I’m very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Stylevana to anyone considering placing an order.
At best, items that are "ready to ship in 24 hours" will ship in 3 weeks. At worst, and most often, two whole months later your order won't have shipped, dozens of emails to their Kafkaesque excuse of a "customer service" will have yielded only obtuse responses that never address your actual problem and you'll be screaming into a void trying to get your money back. Not worth it to save a few bucks - order from any other site, it can't possibly be worse.
