AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE - I have had exactly the same experience as other reviewers. Ordered x 3 packs of tea, only to be directed to add ons ie another discount and extra payment taken. Contacted the company immediately but was informed in space of minutes that order was already dispatched. Do they really think people are that stupid. Absolutely outrageous! When I emailed them again to explain, they replied that orders could not be changed. This company in my opinion are con artists and could well be acting illegally by directing you to add ons, and not being able to go direct to checkout. Supposing their claims of weight loss and multiple benefits are true (which I now very much doubt) I will never ever order from them again, and will spread the news of their dubious tactics ! A lesson learnt - never order online from unknown companies and check reviews on Trustpilot every time.

Bad customer service
All I wanted was 1 pack of tea but have ended up with $300 worth of stuff I didnt order or want. As there was no cancellation buttons on the website I immediately emailed cancelling the 2 orders that included foot patches. Received emails back asking me to verify I sent the stop requests. Have now received an email giving me a tracking number for one of the orders. Not a happy camper!!!!

Loved the tea

Shady business practices
Lulutox sent me an email about a sAle. I wanted to see what they had on sale. I ordered once before but didn't care for the tea. I still have the 3 bags, 2 unopened. Anyway as I was checking out the ad a box popped up saying my total was $210.96 & they will send a confirmation email. I immediately sent an email to them saying cancel that order ? I did not place it. They said was to late, it's in processing! Long story short- I'm still trying to get my money back and they got their product back! They have flat out accessed me of lying on 2 occasions and they have lies to me on 3 occasions that I know of. They have the worst Custer service I have ever seen! The product is terrible tasting and they fraudulently charged my card for products I don't even want! They just make excuses and give run arounds. I will never even look at an ad from them again! Thumbs down all the way!
