It's the slowest process from ordering to dispatch I have seen and then the postage takes forever. I can sometimes get delivery to Portugal next day from Amazon.es !! If you don't mind waiting an eternity for your order it's ok. I can get stuff sent from China faster!

I’ve been a long-time RevZilla customer and have always had smooth, professional transactions. This was my first time ordering from **Motardinn**, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The helmet I ordered was **delayed for several days** because it was out of stock — yet the website still allowed me to place the order. If an item isn’t available, customers shouldn’t be able to purchase it in the first place.
After days of follow-ups with the shipping company, I was told I had to **personally collect the package and pay AED 226 in duties**, even though Motardinn clearly states that prices include all taxes and duties. I attached proof of payment, but that didn’t help.
When the helmet finally arrived, it was damaged, poorly packaged, and clearly used — the box was battered, and the helmet showed signs of previous wear.
I reached out to Motardinn expecting a sincere resolution, but instead received a **generic, unhelpful response** telling me to go through a lengthy return process and upload photos via my account. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience, AND NO MENTION OF THE REFUND FOR CUSTOM DUTIES I HAD TO PAY AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THE SHIPPED PRICE INCLUDED IMPORPT DUTIES. no apology, and certainly no urgency to fix the issue.
For a company that claims to be professional, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I’ve requested a **full refund, reimbursement for the AED 226 customs charge, and compensation for the delay**, but so far, their customer service has been dismissive and robotic.
I will **never order from Motardinn again**, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. Poor service, misleading information, and zero accountability

The helmet itself was decent — until the visor mount turned out to be a complete piece of junk. It detached mid-ride, putting me at risk. I reached out to the company, expecting accountability. Instead, I got silence and denial. They flat-out refused to replace the defective part.
I contacted them back in July. It’s now October, and I still haven’t received a single professional response. Not even a proper acknowledgment. The product might be okay, but the company behind it? Absolutely disgraceful. Their customer service is a joke — rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. They’re quick to take your money, but when their product fails, they vanish.
I will never recommend this brand again. If you value safety, respect, or basic decency, steer clear. This company treats customers like garbage once the sale is done.

For my order number 61926762 it returned to motardinn without delivered to me. I’ve placed the order on 10 September. It returned to them on 15 September and i'm stil waiting the refund. How hard could it process this return. They are keep stalling me. Please figure this out ASAP.

This is the first time I have used Motardinn and it was really good . The helmet I bought was superb and a great price , the range of biker gear is refreshing there’s some cool gear on there so I highly recommend. Fast delivery time so I am well pleased. My new lid has the BM M stripes on so it’s v nice !! Thx to Motardinn

I ordered 3 motorcycle helmets. They arrived and unfortunately they either didn't fit or I didn't like how they looked. I sent all 3 bag immediately, with tags attached, dust bags and boxes in perfect condition.
A few weeks later I only receive a refund for 2 of them. No communication as to why the 3rd was not refunded. I had to send an email asking them to confirm. They then confirmed the third had arrived scratched but proceeded to provide no evidence initially. Only after complaining did photos get produced. Tag was still on the helmet, proving it never left my house and the box was in perfect condition. I asked if they could provide proof of quality assurance before it was despatched. Only options are I pay to have the helmet returned or 50% of the cost refunded. No further communication, case closed and I've had to contact them again to understand what is going on.
Have contacted my credit card company.
Will never use this company again. Beware.
