Briefs stayed wet on the inside

I have used there briefs on and off for a couple of weeks, tonight is the first time I did not mak it to the bathroom in time, The briefs stopped the water going through the pants, but the pants remained wet on the inside, if I had been outside it would be very uncomfortable having wetnunderpants against me. Very disappointing

Was very impressed with my order, except they were too small. Optica kindly resent the next size, no questions asked, and suggested gifting the original order to someone deserving.

Great product

Great product. I have been looking for underwear with reusable pads. Disposal pads tend to move, during the day, so it is good to have a discreet fixed pad. I no longer have to hide my pad when I am in the changing room at the gym.

My original order was too small. When I inquired as to how to exchange them, I was pleasantly surprised with the response from Octipa, they took care of everything! I recommend ordering a size larger than you normally would wear.

Octipa exchange.

On September 24 I placed an order for four pairs of shorts. While the package was in transit, I realized I had given the wrong size. I sent an email to Customer service telling them of the mistake. I received an email back on October 5, informing me that they were Correcting the situation and shipping me a whole new order with the correct size at no charge. They also told me that I could keep the other order or gift them to someone else. Very happy with how they handle this.
