Chat bot looks efficient but I scheduled my order to be received in December 11th and all parcels were moved to a sunday and a national holiday when the company is closed. I chose the company's address to facilitate the delivery
Address change
I had to change the address of the delivery...I found a chatbot very "clever", clear and efficient. I'm satisfied!
Terrible Services
I live in small hamlet south of Almodôvar (Portugal), about 25km.
I was waiting for a very urgent parcel with food for a poorly animal.
For 3 days the drive kept sending me end of day emails saying they try to deliver but couldn't find me. Pure lies...
On the 4th day the "lady" driver actually called me asking if I wanted to pick up my parcel from Almodôvar, I explained her I couldn't because I was working, I also told her the urgency of the parcel and try to reason with her that I had payed for the parcel to be delivered at my door.
What did she do?? Well, she send the parcel back to sender.
Thank you so much Paack for the great service you and your collaborators provide.
No call center, not even a direct email to actually talk to someone that could be helpful.
My advice to you is, if you have an option to choose a different delivery company, go for it, don't think twice. If they are the only option, go and buy with a different company that uses a more reliable delivery company.
I still do not have my package after a…
I still do not have my package after a week. There are no other information other than “at distribution centre” and then using their AI chat, they say it is a logistics issue and to come back tomorrow. It has been a week, and nothing. The same message. No email responses either. I keep contacting the retailer and they also keep saying to check back every 48 hours. What a joke!
Waited in my house for 3 days in a row…
Waited in my house for 3 days in a row on a delivery. First day they said they couldn’t find my house. I called their office - no answer. I emailed twice - no reply. On the 3rd failed attempt, they eventually returned the package to the seller on Amazon. They even had my mobile number and never called me. Absolutely shocking company
Horrible
Horrible, everytime. I had to request specifically a different messenger service for a recurring order from my petshop, as EVERY time, literally, every single time, there was a problem. To name a few: broken boxes (taped shut to 'mask' the damage to the boxes). E-mails with "it'll be there in the next couple of days", so try and stay home for 'a couple of days'. When for once I wasn't home, because, murphy's law, they just returned to sender. No second chances with these guys, and this happend multiple times. Or just didn't ring, and claimed I wasn't home, while I was. For being consistent in their failures, they receive a 10/10, because they don't fail to dissapoint. DHL, GLS, MRW and even local Correos do a better job, and they have their hickups too.
Worst delivery company ever!!!!
Paack have lost a total of 4x parcels that were due to be delivered to us. The same process seems to happen each time - I receive an email to say our address is updated (which we never asked for) and it's always wrong. Another email comes to say the order is out for delivery, then another one to say it is being delayed then radio silence. Whenever I check the tracking it says out for delivery but that has been the case for several weeks. The responses that come from their customer service team via email are so vague. I'm starting to wonder if this company is some sort of scam?! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Why does Amazon use these lying clowns ... they never deliver on time if ever and use every pathetic excuse they can to pass the blame onto the customer. Useless idiots

Even 1 star is too much. This company is one big scam. I have three Amazon packages that are supposed to be delivered. During the first two attempts by Paack to deliver the order, I received an email saying that my address was incorrect and that they couldn’t reach me by phone. After giving them my mobile number and sending my GPS location, I still didn’t receive a call, and I was told once again that I wasn’t home, so they couldn’t deliver my packages.
They supposedly tried on three different days, and according to them, I wasn’t home on any of those days. I was literally standing outside at my front door when I received an email from them saying they tried to deliver the package but I wasn’t home. A complete scam. DHL, GLS, CTT, and DPD can always find my address without any issues.
Paack is now sending my orders back to Amazon. I don’t think Amazon will receive them, and I suspect our order has been stolen by the couriers. I contacted Amazon and informed them of my suspicions, and they will open an investigation into this company. I have tried several times to contact Paack through a contact form and email and only received one response. And that was: “We have given your phone number and GPS to the couriers, and there’s nothing more we can do if they don’t call you.” WTF?
The worst ever delivery experience
The worst ever delivery experience. Claimed attempted but not. Chat totally unhelpful, lying about everything. Tracker actually wrong, and then in conflict with what the agent said.
I shall be deleting my amazon account if they decide to use these incompetents who I wouldn't trust to lick a stamp.
I hope their senior management ends up like the marketing division of the Sirius cybernetics corporation
Ordered on the 27th November (Thursday)…
Ordered on the 27th November (Thursday) from Amazon, with indication of delivery on the 2nd December.
Since the delivery date was on a Tuesday, ask for delivery to my company's address, since no one would be at home.
On saturday 29th received, received mail giving the good news that delivery would be done in that very same day... saturday... company was closed.
On the 29th, Amazon sent an email reporting that Paack had a problem and delivery was not possible but would retry... and advising to contact Paack, but i had no contact email or phone.
Ended up replying on the mail received.
On the 2nd finally got a message from Paack indicating they had created a ticket.
1h later received a mail indicating " The postal code 4470-605 is experiencing a logistical delay due to increased volume during this time of year. We cannot confirm an exact delivery date, but our team is working to ensure your order arrives within 72 hours."
Today, 5th of December, the delivery was not yet made.
The item ordered was a secret santa gift for a party on the 5th of December.... and therefore failed its purpose
I ordered something that reported a delivery date on the 2nd. Party was on the 5th.
Paack failed to honor its commitment, provides no commited ETA and worse of all, does not even have a phone line one can call to follow up in person.
Acts witout any shred of accountability and protected from the frustration of its customers.
I will never use them again and strongly suggest to keep away from this company.
Unless you accept that being surprised by December having a peak on transit volume is a decent argument....

The order wasn’t delivered at the right time
The order wasn’t delivered to the address communicated in light of my absence. I promptly communicate some instructions for the deliver and I’m actually attending to receive the order following the instructions sent.

Extremely Poor Delivery Service and No Customer Support
On December 2nd, I was notified that my delivery attempt failed at 19:23, even though the delivery address is a business that closes at 20:00. I was told the delivery would be retried on December 3rd, but today is December 5th and I have received no updates.
I called the customer support number several times, but regardless of the option I selected, the call was disconnected because no agents were available.
I needed this order for a trip tomorrow, December 6th, and now I won’t have it. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

This must be the worst delivery company in the entire world. They don't delivery on time, on day, not even on week. The amount of complains is absurd. I can't compreend how major retail companies work with this Paack guys. No phone to call to, no one to complain, your only option is to wait and cross your fingers.

The worst! I have never ever had to wait for a package to arrive so long! The package arrived in Spain like 2 weeks ago and has been with Paack for all that time. Their tracking says the package is in their facility, but nothing after that has happened. Their chatbot is not helpful at all.
