Impossible to talk to a human. Don’t respond to online inquiries. Says they attempted delivery when there is no evidence on the tracking that they even came to the state. Last track was Sydney and I live on the ACT.
This company is a load of BS
This company is a load of BS. Have multiple parcels being delivered. One was marked as unable to deliver because roads are closed and others marked as no safe place to leave. Both are tactics to try and get around delayed deliveries. Attempted to talk to a live agent but it was either a bot or someone pasting template answers in the chat. Just the most crap service.
Even 1 star is too much.

They call themselve the disruptor of delivery services and that is true. The disruptor is literal. You will never receive your package. And wont be able to contact them nor find your pacackage. This is a fraud service. AVOID at all cost!!
Extremely Poor Service and Repeated Losses
My experience with **iMile**, the courier partner for Carrefour UAE, has been extremely disappointing. As a seller, I rely on timely and consistent pickups—but iMile has repeatedly failed to do their basic job. On multiple occasions, their drivers **refused to pick up my orders without any valid reason**, even after I followed all the required procedures.
Because of these unnecessary delays and refusals, I have already **lost several thousand dirhams**. The company is **not flexible**, **not solution-oriented**, and shows **no accountability**. If a supervisor tells the drivers not to pick up, they simply ignore the order entirely—no explanation, no follow-up, nothing.
This is a **terrible experience** for any seller who expects reliability. iMile’s lack of professionalism and total absence of customer support make it extremely difficult to operate smoothly on Carrefour Marketplace.
I do not recommend this courier service to any business that values efficiency and consistent service.
Incompetent drivers.
I wish companies would stop using this 'delivery' service. They literally just take a photo of your parcel and dump it out the front of your house in plain sight of anyone walking past.
2 out of 5 deliveries from them have been stolen. I was home every time, and despite leaving a note on my gate for couriers to ring the bell or leave the package behind the gate, and contacting iMile to tell their drivers not to leave the packages in plain sight, they did anyway.
Their customer service basically said, bad luck, they followed our standard operating procedures, not our problem.

The worst delivery company in the world. They lie and say they're sending the package back, only to turn around and sell the packages on Facebook. They want you to line up for hours to pick up instead of delivering. Meanwhile I have a full time doorman and all my other packages arrive with no problem. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY.
Second Lost Parcel in a Month – Worst Delivery Experience So Far
Over this month I have had repeated problems with this delivery company.
– My parcels regularly arrive late, well beyond the promised delivery date.
– They often do not pick up the parcels from customs in time, which causes additional weeks of delay.
– Within a month, this is already the second parcel that has been “lost” in their system.
I also never receive any proper notification about which day and within which time window my parcel will be delivered, so I cannot plan to be at home. Their website does not provide reliable tracking either – I cannot see where my parcel is or what is happening with it.
Overall, this service level is far below what I consider acceptable, and it has completely destroyed my trust in this delivery company.
No human contact, bad address
I ordered a package more than a month ago. I never even heard of iMile before. They messed up the address, never contacted me, no delivery person call, only some email about the failed delivery. On a Saturday, which is ridiculous. I couldn’t contact a real human, they basically don’t have a customer service. The contents of the package became irrelevant, also it wasn’t a cheap order. Now I’m scared to order again because I don’t want to go through this ridiculous mess again.

Out for delivery !!! Then get a text saying can’t deliver as building/Shop closed…It’s been onboard for 2 days..I’m not a shop or building.A house and have been home the whole time..Not a good excuse,, think up a better one i Mile!! Worst delivery service Temu had employed..
Order not delivered
If I can give anything less than one star. Very unprofessional and rude drivers. My parcel was delivered to a wrong address and I have been trying to reach the customer service but no positive response. Very poor customer service, no direct communication. This is so bad

Despite giving clear instructions.they say one try for derviery then its got go back start again and cant give any time when they will retry and they say that cant getdriver to come back i have a door bell whith a sing point to it i dont think they even tryed

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless! If zero stars existed that’s what they should get. Parcel was meant to be delivered for an event in Melbourne in August which it wasn’t. Asked for it to be sent to Brisbane. I have called and followed up since September and always get we are investigating, it has been dispatched and will be delivered shortly. Next story was we don’t know what has happened we will investigate some more. It was meant to be dispatched again Dec 3rd .As of today Dec 4th now has been returned to the sender. Worst service ever. Do not use this company for anything. So incompetent and you will not get anything in writing or even get it escalated.

I was shocked when I saw the reviews…
I was shocked when I saw the reviews below. The delivery guy, Bilal, called me on December 2 and asked for my location and address. I asked him how long he would need to arrive, and he simply said, “I will come.” Now it has been almost 24 hours since he said that. 🙄 I tried calling him, but he doesn’t pick up. I called the company, and of course their safest, open-ended response was, “We will inform operations to prioritize the delivery.”

If I could score a 0 I would. They marked my package as delivered which is wasn't. And the photo they sent as evidence is a completely different person's package. If you have a choice in delivery NEVER choose this delivery service.
