Unable to accommodate a minor request so I would be sceptical of their ability to handle something big. Requested an appointment with a podiatrist and was offered appointments minimum of 25 mile away and after complaining offered a podiatrist 62 miles away, WHAT! I have four fully qualified podiatrist in my local area, are they not capable? Not a bit of common sense I could get from any member of the vitality team in fact one suggested that I ask a local podiatrist to register with vitality. Do your own job! Goodbye vitality.
