I’m a Digi client since July 2025 and I have to admit that they are, by far, the best mobile operator in Belgium.
The customer service is easy to reach on the phone (max 5 minutes of waiting) and they are kind and helpful. They also reply to any email in less than 24h which is very rare for a Belgian company.
The network coverage is awesome with the Proximus 4G everywhere. I also travelled in France, Spain, Romania and the roaming worked perfectly.
5€ for 20Gb is everything you need at an unbelievable price. Any extra Gb will cost you only 0.6€ and their international prices (outside EU) are unbeatable : 0.5€/Gb in the USA; 0.9€/Gb in Switzerland etc…
I strongly recommend to make the switch and stop being ripped off by the traditional operators or the crappy MVNO’s that we have in Belgium.
Old problems seem gone, I have 3 numbers (2 for me 1 for my girlfriend) and all works perfectly in and outside of Belgium.
Can’t wait to have fiber available in my city.

Facetime/iMessage didn’t work.
“SMS when offline” promise? Never happened.
One rep told me no voicemail means I can’t leave voicemails for others 🤯. Second rep finally admitted: I just don’t have voicemail.
SMS to some numbers failed.
RCS? Broken.
Support? Vague, dismissive, useless.
All the promises on paper… worthless in reality.

We went to Mata and all the family's numbers lost their internet connection and calls. I had to call Digi from another number, and they asked me to install an app (we had Wi-Fi) and then change some settings, but it didn't work. I called several times, but they didn't solve the problem.
So we spent 10 days without any communication with our country or our family.
Unbelievable.

Horrendous user experience! You only learn to know how good a company is once they have to solve a problem they caused themselves! And how BAD is digi in (not) doing this!!! They cancelled my subscription because of an administrative error from their side! I called then 5 times and they are unable help. The first guy didn't take action at all, second lady was at least a bit helpful, third time the guy told me that the request was send to Romania to reactivate the number in Belgium, ... . It still is not reactivated. This is a useless company. You might pay a low price but you get what you pay for, absolutely nothing in case of any issue!!!! And this is for problems they caused themselves! This is the same company that has put my personal data public in the beginning... STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Pay a bit more an get some service at least!!!

Good that you at least admit that not everything goes well. I will move to another operator and I expect that Digi will at least have the decency to properly compensate for the inconvenience they caused to me. The fact that reactivation of a DIGI number on a DIGI sim does not seem to be feasible after 22 days is bad! I do not see any technical complexity to (re)connect a sim card number to an active phone number. For me this is an example of administrative incompetence (review your procedures!).
For problematic number transfers the compenstation is 3 euro/day. For this case I expect at least the same amount/ day.

You got Proximus's coverage at 5€/m.
Plus, roaming in the US was 0.5€/GB.
In Belgium calls often experience a serious delay before connection is made (up to 30 seconds). SMS will sometimes not send for even longer.
Roaming is slow to update/activate itself so I spend a long time with no internet when crossing a border (currently DE Germany). Customer service has been unreachable since the very beginning. Gets two stars because it's cheap. But obviously it's cheap because it's bad...
Edit: so far roaming speed and reliability in Germany is abhorrent.

I used many operators in Turkey, France, Belgium and Switzerland but none, yes none of them was so gorgeous!
Digi gave my eSim in 5 minutes and transferred my
number from another operator in 12 hours with zero hustle. And this is not all !
The roaming rates beat every single other operators on earth ! For example in Switzerland, I pay a very small amount for internet which translates to 0.9€ per GB. Receiving and making calls are also so cheap.
First I hesitated to switch because of the negative comments here but guys don’t even think of a single second. This is a real advice to you. You’ll not regret.
I wanted write this comment since another operator couldn’t transfer my number in 15 days and Digi solved this problem in 5 minutes. Now I’m gonna write a very negative comment about that other operator in.

Ordered an eSIM and 6 days have passed and x number of calls to their call center, its pity a simple QR code for eSIM cant be sent to customer.
In this age of digitalisation, please try to do better DigiBelgium...
I give up today -- if intake of a new customer is so tedious process, how the actual service will be ... :(

Bought 2 new SIMs for 2 new accounts. But unable to set up MyDigi account yet. For one, it says issue with first name, for other I never received email to register to MyDigi.

It is pretty good and it is also very reliable, but i do miss the the feature hotspot. You can’t share wifi which is a bit annoying I hope to see it in upcoming updates.

The pricing on the other hand is really competitive. It is too soon to speak about network coverage etc.

Good mobile deal but a few issues
- Isues with roaming: data connection cuts when going abroad, reboot is often needed. Some issues with receiving SMS and calls abroad
- 5G not available yet
- E-mail support takes very long to reply
