Business number. I have an esim and got a problem with my phone. Need to change phone. got an esim to make easy transfer like in proximus. In this case I need to order a new esim and wait for 3 days to get it... Customer service not available on weekends, ... so had to wait on monday to get that answer. 5 days without phone... for a company it is unacceptable!

QR code for esim

Why is this not possible to send the QR code for esim per email or in the app? I had a bad experience because the mail did not arrive and I lost my signal because of change of sim cards for days.

At Yoin, we understand how important a smooth eSIM activation is. To ensure clarity and security, we send the eSIM along with a clear explanatory letter by post, including your PIN and PUK codes. This helps avoid issues like missing emails or app notifications.

Since the eSIM activation requires scanning a QR code, sending it only by email or app could lead to problems if the message doesn't arrive or gets lost, which might cause signal loss during the transition.

Wrongly charged!! No customer service

They wrongly charged me for a local call while roaming in EU the rate of Rest of the World (3€/minute) because an error in the billing system.

I tried to contact them by whatsapp 3 times and after 10 days they said that they cannot do anything as they can only do what their billing system says.

In summary, avoid making calls when roaming and keep simple use, otherwise their customer service is completely non-exsistent and do not even try to help or correct the error.

Horrible, no data albeit subscription of 5G.
Customer service is a joke, they don’t even reply in WhatsApp.
They sell what they’re unable to provide, it’s a scam.
