I've been using Toluna for a few years and I use other survey apps as well. If it wasn't for the polls and the games I shouldn't have any points. I don't get as many surveys as I'd like and get a lot... See more

Interesting topics and I love the quick surveys.
I am informed that there are no surveys available yet there are hundreds of thousands of points available to others. I have not got a solution or explanation from helpdesk
It is constructive, and it is very mindful. It's touching on all aspects of the survey.
"Reward handling time frame" this words doesn't exist in Toluna dictionary and are strictly prohibited by this surveys provider. When other surveys services are in 21st century developing AI and latest technologies, Toluna are still in the dark ages trying to set the fire with two bricks, followed by the fact that to earn 10 quid voucher, you've to spend approx 2 weeks and submit over 150 surveys. So if you still want to join them, summing up the above components you are either a hopeless romantic or you qualify for the placebo group testing Prozac
First the points are very hard to earn you'll answer a survey but you'll be redirected to the homepage with a message that you are not qualified for that survey second if you'll get qualified to the survey and you answered so many questions and your about to finish and submit it you'll get an error message saying that you reach the page in error so I tried to screenshot it, to make a report or get help or have ticket for it and poop my account is now block because I was about to earn big points and get a reward. Take note all I did was waste my time here at toluna.
Survey stops when i select as housewife. Then how can we earn money ? We are not working but we are not stupid.
I constantly get error messages at the completion of surveys, especially long ones with a lot of points. Completing a survey is like winning the lottery. For some reason it has become very difficult in the last few months. Too many technical issues! Also, I don’t like to spend time taking numerous surveys for one survey only to get non qualified or another technical issues. The survey will say 5 minutes then I spend 20 minutes answering questions to find out I didn’t qualify or get errored out. I used to do several surveys a day. Now I’m lucky if I can complete one!
My opinion is very good my experience no issue to take the survey
