Wrong items sent and impossible refund process

I ordered three different palettes from Beauty Bay but they sent me two of the same palette and only one of the correct ones. When I noticed the mistake, I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange or refund. The process was incredibly difficult. The website is unclear and it feels like refunds are deliberately made hard to process. There is no customer service number to call, and I was left with no straightforward way to get my money back.

In my experience, they are untrustworthy, and I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

I can see that this order is from 2024. I apologise if you had any issue contacting us, whilst we don't have a telephone number, we do have multiple ways of being contacted including email, chat bot, web form and social media.
We did receive a web form from you back in November and a reply was provided within 5 hours but I apologise if you did not receive this.
