DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY! I am utterly and terribly dissapointed with the customer service of Beauty Bay. As a long time customer, I can say that I will never shop here again. This is the least solution oriented company I have ever seen. I had ordered my haul to the wrong address, which I noticed right away and contacted Beauty Bay to fix before it got sent out. I reached out twice, they never responded and let it get delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the receptionist and she told me she sent it back to the sender, Beauty Bay. Beauty Bay claims they never received my parcel and says they can do nothing. The company needs to claim responsibility for the lack of help at this point. Terrible management if you encounter a problem during delivery.

I’m still waiting for my delivery it should have come 26 Friday, had a msg saying missed delivery I was at home. Then it would come next working day , still no delivery. Trying to track it with Beauty Bay and EVRi , nothing where it is . Looking at the reviews it might not have been sent at all. No progress on when I’m going to get it, wishing I had never purchased anything, I’m desperate now for some makeup, the customer service is very poor. I would like my money back , will have to buy from elsewhere. Very disappointed and frustrated 😣

My only constructive criticism would be to maybe look into a different delivery company to work with. ⚠️ Absolute Disbelief – Fraudulent and Unacceptable Practices ⚠️
I am in absolute disbelief about my experience shopping on this site.
Despite providing clear video and photographic evidence that one of the items I ordered was never shipped in the first place, I spent over a month chasing their customer service for answers. During this time, they ignored most of my emails or gave me false promises that “an answer would be provided the next day.”
When the answer finally came, this was their response:
“After further investigation, I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement as we have confirmed that all items were dispatched to you. We are unable to provide photos of your parcel prior to dispatch as this is not a process we follow.”
I honestly thought this must be a joke. My video of opening the sealed parcel and photos of the contents—clearly showing the missing item—were dismissed outright, while they offered zero proof that the item was ever included. According to them, I should simply accept their word.
This is against basic consumer rights and EU online shopping law. The level of ignorance on one hand, and fraudulent claims on the other, is staggering.
Anyone considering buying here should be aware:
• You may end up paying for items you never receive.
• They do not follow proper quality control or internal checks.
• Their “investigation” process is nothing more than denying responsibility.
• Numerous recent one-star reviews confirm this is not an isolated case.
Whether this is a new sales tactic or whether their previous positive reviews were fake, I cannot say. What I can say is that this is absolutely unacceptable and potentially fraudulent.

Ps. As you can see that talk about that they did something when there is no evidence about it. Saying about weight of products for 30 ml serum. Despite they never provide evidence, I am sure you dont have a scale which is sensitive on 30 g. And just for your information package till 2,5 kg for courier companies always will write 2,5 kg despite the amount. I am always surprised how much you can lie regarding whole situation. Provide evidence for you claims, then talk! Otherwise is just empty words!

I ordered three different palettes from Beauty Bay but they sent me two of the same palette and only one of the correct ones. When I noticed the mistake, I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange or refund. The process was incredibly difficult. The website is unclear and it feels like refunds are deliberately made hard to process. There is no customer service number to call, and I was left with no straightforward way to get my money back.
In my experience, they are untrustworthy, and I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

I am absolutely disgusted with my recent experience with Beauty Bay. I placed an order for my birthday, expecting it the next day. Instead, Evri failed to deliver, and I was left without my items for almost a week. That alone was frustrating enough, but the way Beauty Bay handled the situation made everything ten times worse.
When I contacted them, instead of helping, they sent me a so-called “proof of delivery” photo that was blatantly not my property. The box shown didn’t even have my address on it, and the front door in the picture clearly wasn’t mine. It was only after I sent them evidence disproving their claims that they finally admitted the order hadn’t even been shipped in the first place. So they were happy to let me believe the parcel had been delivered, and by extension make me look like I was lying, until I caught them out.
When I asked what would have happened had I not challenged them with my evidence, their response was dismissive, careless, and frankly insulting. Brushing it off as “an accident” is unacceptable. This wasn’t a small slip-up — it was misleading, unprofessional, and showed zero accountability.
Not only did their incompetence almost ruin my birthday, but their attitude towards a paying customer was arrogant and dismissive. Between Evri’s uselessness and Beauty Bay’s shocking handling of the situation, I’ve been left angry, disappointed, and with no trust in this company.
I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

Delivered parcel and box looked sealed at from front with seal intact but was torn at back and no item in box.
Now beauty bay wont replace or refund money as was for a birthday present.
Now also let me also say this when people order for delivery it should be delivered to that said persons house and handed over and NOT left in a SAFE place,so unfortunatley you have failed to deliver to house hold,you left in safe place which is not what we have paid for under the consumer act 2015 so please either resend again or a full refund,otherwise this will be taken further in a small claims court.

Extremely disappointed with Beauty Bay. I placed an order that never arrived, and after two weeks of chasing both Evri tracking and Beauty Bay myself — as no one kept me updated — I was finally told it was lost. By the time I received a refund, the items I wanted were out of stock and the promotion had ended.
I had even suggested repurchasing while the missing parcel was being “investigated,” but was advised against it. That advice cost me two weeks of waiting for nothing, leaving me with no products at all. Despite the inconvenience, Beauty Bay did not offer any gesture of goodwill, compensation, or discount to make up for the situation.
On top of this, my sister pays for next-day delivery, yet her orders never arrive the next day, often taking a week. Overall, I feel I have wasted two weeks, lost out on products I wanted, and received a service that felt incomplete…

My order was meant to be delivered between Monday and Friday to an office address in France. Beauty Bay’s system put the wrong address, which my friend had to correct with the courier (Colis Privé). Despite this, the delivery was attempted on a Saturday (outside the promised timeframe), marked as failed, and I am now getting contradictory updates: Beauty Bay says “returned to sender,” DHL shows the same, and Colis Privé says redelivery is only possible if Beauty Bay allows it.
I also want to point out that this is not the first time that I'm facing delivery issues with Beauty Bay. Last time they lost my package and it's only when i contacted the customer service that they let me know the issue. Luckily they refunded me immediately but it shows that Beauty Bay is not the most reliable when it comes to delivery in Europe.
This is confusing and frustrating. I hope Beauty Bay will reply quickly to clarify where my package is and how it will be resolved.
