Allan made it easy to take out an annual policy with you after a break of nearly 6 months and to honour the promises regarding discount made by the advisor we dealt with previously who is no longer with you.
Everything was very clearly explained and, considering all the questions and explanations involved, he made it a relatively simple process so thank-you.

George, who I booked this policy through over the phone, explained the various options very clearly and made it easy to fit to provide the correct policy to fit my requirements.

Difficult to rate. I've been an RAC member for a long time and phoned because it would have been cheaper to join the AA as a new member this year. The very pleasant and understanding person I spoke to offered me 15 months membership for the price of 12 months which I accepted. Years ago I switched from one to the other every year because new members were offered a deal by both companies but you should not have to go through this wheeling and dealing every year. Please just reward loyalty rather than hoping people won't be bothered to challenge the price they are offered. So, it was difficult to rate because the person I spoke to and her service were first class but the procedure is an unnecessary pain.

I took out my Tastecard when I lived in London and found it tremendous value. The nearest "restaurant" street to my home had four which took Tastecard, including one of my real favourites.
I now live in Cornwall and am struggling to find four restaurants which take Tastecard within 20 miles of my home. The best pub-restaurant within a few miles stopped taking Tastecard about 18 months ago which mean that unless I want to go to Pizza Express - which I don't - then there is only one half-decent option remaining.
If Tastecard wants to retain its members away from the main cities then it should make a big effort to recruit new restaurants, pubs and hotels.
