Awesome support on an issue I had performing a migration.The tech was fast and explained why I had the issue. My fault :)

The first 3 months all was great. The support was awesome and it all changed from month 4 until I went with Site Ground September, 2024, best decision. I been with 8 hosts in the last 32 years and OrangeHost was about the worst. Bluehost is not far behind.

WordPress users do not sign up. There servers are taxing and super slow no matter what cache plug-in you have even using a default theme.

I lost out on $98 for a Groupon that expired 48 hours ago and we can't use the voucher in California because we relocated to NC. So who gets the money, Groupon? Never again!

I am amazed that they would rather end a chat so quickly and not provide world-class customer service. Groupon this is why you have the rating you do here at Consumer Affairs.

1.4 rating, ouch!

The best support I have experienced with a hosting company.

Big time scam. They charged me and never delivered the Twitter followers that were paid for. I have reached out several times with no response. AVOID THIS SERVICES!!!

I have them listed on my bank statement as proof.
