The customer service rep Ivelin V was super helpful and professional!

The customer service rep Ivelin V was great! Very helpful and professional. Haven't had to contact Siteground customer support much over the years as the service usually just works great.

The reason I had to contact them this time was due to an e-mail service issue which is intermittently not working with some domains. My only complaint is that there is no service status page for Siteground in order to see if issues might arise. I would rather not find out about problems having to contact their support first.

The best CS experience I've ever had.

The customer service team at Siteground are some of the best I've ever interacted with, they are so helpful, regardless if you're an entry level customer or someone paying for a ton of services, I've always been given the time and attention needed to resolve any issues ive had (of which there are very few).
