Until you are in the situation of having to arrange a funeral you have no idea what to expect. All we can say, Jess (tilehurst branch) was brillant made us feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble, even when myself my sister and mum were so upset, she gave us time to compose ourselves, we didnt feel rushed at all.
