Awfull company to deal with.
Placed quite a few orders and spent a lot of money with them however when something needs to be refunded you cannot get it. Firstly claimiing there is open orders, which I dont understand as all orders are paid in full, then saying theres errors. After a month I am still waiting and wasting a lot of time checking and emailing. Last couple of months I must have ordered 10 washer/dryers, 10 ovens, 5 fridges and they cannot refund £300 fro a faulty item that was delivered. Completely unnacceptabel.
Lorna and Sam were of great help in rectifying an error I had made to an order, updating me regularly and ensuring that the goods were received as soon as possible.

Ordered 4 4TB hard drives for a NAS installation a week ago. Heard nothing from them since the confirmation email. I’ve been logging in to my account daily to check on the status of the order. It’s sat at received for a full week and now it shows as cancelled. The website said they were in stock and typically delivered in 24 hours until 2 days ago. They also don’t seem to be in too much of a hurry to refund my payment.

Delivery and customer service is as bad as it get,s ordered a washing machine in a store was supposed to deliver 28.11.25 still has not received it. I phone they are so rude and said i have signed for it. Went i went to the store I got it from and found out that they forged my signature a picture of a black screen now have to wait 7-14 days for investigation I am disabled and 2 week till Christmas phone today 8.12.25 still nothing.

Had a problem with part of my first order being returned to sender due to UPS's poor service. However, Francesca at Curry's Business speedily and professionally arranged to resend the item via ParcelForce and I received this within a couple of days. The Surface Pro is shown on their website consisting of a screen and a keyboard, but it doesn't come with a keyboard. It is clearly misleading. When you raise this with them, customer service said it 1) isn't a laptop and 2) you have to check the words on the website very carefully because it might be different to the photo. Outrageous! It's just wrong. They are out of stock of same coloured keyboards.

Purchased a hard-drive to be used in a NAS.
Order placed, email received.
Unbeknownst to myself, order cancelled.
No refund received.
I'm only aware that the order was cancelled, as I visited the Currys Business portal and signed in to ascertain when it may be delivered.
Terrible first experience. Heading back to Amazon et al as we speak.
Perhaps, if you were to communicate with your business clients, they wouldn't be leaving in droves?
