Needed a new lawnmower battery, but expensive. On contacting Gtech was told a sale would be on in near future, so was able to get a discount.

Had a problem with the charging unit for my HT50, so I contacted Customer Service by email, quite late in the afternoon. A replacement arrived the next day! Excellent service.

Your support team helped me get a replacement part for my K9 and also made an excellent offer for me to buy a new one - so I'm doing both!

I had problems with firstly my battery and then my charger, both were replaced within 24hours. Staff wonderful and so helpful.

Arrived in good time, however on first use a strip from the appliance came off. I rang and a replacement component sent, however I can't fix it. Will have to wait to get it done.

We have had our Gtech appliance for some time and have always found the service exceptional. It is so refreshing to speak to a helpful person rather a BOT.

Gtech is a great make our last hand held hoover was nearly 8 years old before it packed in. We also have a Air Ram it's also over 8 years old and still going strong, good reliable product

To many staff not knowing,or not understanding the problem ,took weeks to talk to someone who knew what the problem was and sorted it!
