Customer support ignores your calls and drivers delay yours parcels for weeks, this happens quite often and my advice avoid using this carrier.

Disaster you should quit this job bcuz if your not responsible with your work then stop this nonsense.

The Delivery call you and then hang up. Don’t want to deliver to your address but instead want you to change to one of their pick up points. Done this to me twice now.
