Probably the worst experience ever
Probably the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
My delivery was confirmed for 2–5 days, yet I ended up waiting 11 days. I sent multiple emails during that time and received nothing but automated replies saying the system didn’t understand my message.
Throughout the delay, the tracking portal showed three different delivery dates, none of which were accurate. On the final date, I stayed home all day due to the importance of the delivery. Around 6pm, I refreshed the tracking page only to see a banner claiming “nobody was at the address” and that the parcels would now be sent to a local agent.
This is completely unacceptable especially as I rely on delivery services because I have severe health issues and cannot carry heavy items myself.
I’ve tried repeatedly to contact DHL, but all I get are automated responses with no real support. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Every time they phone and say can't deliver to your home, we're soooo busy, can you meet us at point x. I respond no. They say OK and then log that they attempted to contact by phone and dont deliver. 5 times in the last 12 months. Unfortunately the purchaser does not control the choice of delivery company. Note that every other courier service succeeds without issue.

Abysmal service no customer service phones they are blocked they refuse to accept the number on the parcel which they supply I have tried for the last three days all I get is emails it out for delivery it’s back at the depot we will deliver the next day it’s hideous they are really bad my last two parcels were thrown on an empty house porch where no one was living they even used a false signature the company I use is super but the delivery service is pure 💩 having been told via e mail my parcel doesn’t exist I spent all day on the computer the sender didn’t get back to me then I had another message to say my parcel was back at the depot even though it was non existent I spoke to the sender who claims they sent an email to them saying it was out for delivery so beware of DHL they lie like breathing and I am thinking of using another supplier

Lie after lie after lie still no parcel. The parcel arrived at my local depot a week tomorrow ago. I waited in all day the 1st day and the status was updated at 16:00 saying there was nobody there and card was left. Both was a lie. I went online and booked a redelivery for the next day I got an email saying it would be delivered the next day. I also sent an email to customer service which they replied to and said it would be delivered the next day also. the following day at 13:30 i got and email from customer service say that my parcel would be delivered today. Well you guessed right today no delivery. Why do companies still use these clowns. Rural deliveries they dont want obviously

Useless delivery service
Every time I have had a delivery from to a specific address they are incapable of delivering the packet to the address as instructed. What they do as the drivers are so lazy is leave the parcel at some DHL drop off place and I am fed up with them doing that, but they do it every time ! They are a hopeless company and no wonder they don’t bother to respond to complaints….. that says it all !
DHL in Alicante Spain has been the worst for many years!
The item was packed very well by the sender...upon opening the vinyl record was broken and the package had been bent on the top right corner...due to the miss handling of the package by DHL...
I will say after being in Alicante SPAIN for four years that the DHL service in this area is the worst I've seen of any carrier... this is not my first problem with DHL in this area... I wish I could include photos here to show... my warning would be to anyone in the Alicante Spain area to not use DHL shipping because of the many problems that I have experienced in this particular area...

My parcel was shipped to DHL headquarters in Barcelona, besides entering whole information where to deliver , they asked to do the same again and then promised delivery over in next 3 days. A whole week passed, package was sitting , until they decided to sent it back , as they apparently couldn’t deliver.

This courier “service” is completely unreliable. They can’t seem to be able to make a timely delivery. So now I understand what DHL stands for: Delay Highly Likely. They are shameless, and should really go out of business…
DHL is not to be trusted
I had an urgent set of documents I sent express overnight from Spain to New Jersey, to arrive next day before 12 PM. The next day I tracked the package to GERMANY. DHL claimed it was held up in customs, but it was an envelope. Nor could they explain why it went to Germany, the opposite direction. Vanessa at customer service closed out the ticket despite my objection. She said "Deliver times are just an estimate." I cannot imagine a company running on delivery ‘estimates.’ What could not be explained is how they even expected to deliver it in time if they first sent it to Germany.
Dont think about disabled people and access
They have changed my delivery address to a pickup point in my local town , which completely in accessible for wheelchair user , i thinks outrageous and i cant find a phone number to make contact and have sent online complaint and request to deliver to my original address but they have not responded

Honest: The most diabolical non delivery service I have ever experienced.
Helpful: To my fellow consumers and to e-commerce sellers: save yourselves administrative hassle and being tainted with despicable service and simply boycott this shambolic company that in my experience has provided no customer service of any value whatsoever.
Constructive: Trustpilot, I think you should permit zero star ratings. Even a single star suggests something positive, which is not the case in my experience.
You have let me down
I have always been satisfied with your service in the past, but my recent delivery experience has been extremely disappointing.
A DHL driver arrived at my home and asked how many packages I was expecting. After confirming my order from The Range, the driver informed me that the parcels had been taken off the van and would be delivered the next day. I thought this was unusual, but mistakes can happen.
However, later that evening, I received an email from both DHL and The Range stating that my order had already been delivered — which was not true. Since then, I’ve made several phone calls to your customer service team, where I’ve been repeatedly told the same scripted responses and promised next-day delivery that never happened.
At this point, I can only assume that my package has either been lost in your warehouse Or someone else is enjoying my wall panels.

After my package reached Murcia DHL on October 14 2025 we have sent 8 emails with no response 16 days later nothing calling is pointless as it is automated I have never in my life seen such disregard for customers it is shameful ! All we want is our package! We will never use DHL again and everyone should find other couriers who actually care!
Worst delivery company in my opinion
Worst delivery company in my opinion. Every time DHL was used for my packages, it would be delayed by two weeks or more. everytime i try to contact them they never respond back either. very very annoying. I’m actually waiting for a package right now that was supposed to come two weeks ago around a date i was available on. now i’m stressing because i won’t be home for the expected delivery date and they do not respond back to any of my emails. do not recommened
Disappointing! Avoid DHL!
Extremely disappointing experience with DHL — and not just once, but twice in the same month. Both shipments were marked as “delivery attempted – recipient not at home” even though no one ever came. Instead, the parcels were left at pickup points far from my address, despite being paid for home delivery.
I find this completely unacceptable, especially for customers who may have mobility issues and cannot easily travel to collect packages.
When I contacted DHL, the response was purely standard and dismissive, offering no real help or accountability.
Until now, I had always had positive experiences with DHL in other countries. However, this experience in Spain has been absolutely disgraceful. The level of customer service here is unacceptable — a true embarrassment for such a reputable German company. From now on, if I see that a shipment is handled by DHL, I will simply avoid ordering.

I live in Sotogrande, Cadiz.
DHL do not deliver me second parcel during 1 month. It was stolen again.
According to DHL tracking system parcel was marked as delivered on 22 October 2025 at 16:36. However, I was at home at that time, and the parcel was not delivered.
It was second time delivered to another person, the same signature.
Anybody knows how to deal with DHL?
