I was very happy using Indy for a…

I was very happy using Indy for a couple of years, until being caught with the impossibility of submitting my annual accounts to INPI, which is a new procedure this year. Indy did not give ample warning and have bad information and are unwilling to help. The point of using their service is to save money compared to an accountant, but considering the fact that they're unable to help with some services like this really means that it's not a viable solution.

Update edit: I fully appreciate that my advisor has done everything to help, but I still feel that this is very poor company policy from Indy to leave small business owners with a large bureaucratic task. The amount of productive time lost is large. Why could Indy not have immediately helped by giving much clearer information ahead of time on what was required from INPI this year? Why could Indy not offer the services of an accredited accountant, even for a fee, to make the final filing? I am now most annoyed at the fact that I have to waste time on many messages, but also on visiting a notaire to get this filing done. It could have been so much simpler
