It said failed delivery while I wasn't even notified of any delivery attempts, there is NO CONTACT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I have to wait 3 months for them to process a refund in case of no delivery, now 3 months passed and i have just a few days window to deal with it or the no delivery warranty will be void. Seems like a SCAM to me.

Refund experience is terrible
This is my first Trustpilot review because the refund process with Joom is awful and non-intuitive. I have been assisting my elderly mother to try and return the items and obtain a refund. It seems Joom are deliberately trying to make this as difficult as possible.
Firstly, if you purchased the items to be returned as a guest, you have to link your items manually to 'Your Orders' on your account. This involves contacting the support team to provide the order reference (you cannot simply click a link on the order email).
Then once the orders are showing on your account, you have to contact the support team again via web chat to refund the items. It is not a simple case of clicking into 'Your Orders' and hitting a 'refund' button. This is far from intuitive.
In the live chat, we were asked to specify the reason for the refund. When selecting 'other' and attempting to explain said reason, the chat was disconnected, and we were advised the customer support team would review the issue within 8 hours. Further messages sent have not been responded to, as if the messaging option has been frozen. How convenient!
My mother has already attempted this process once with the same result both through the website and the app. We have been left unable to progress with the refund of the items valued nearly £150 collectively (which is a lot of money to an elderly pensioner).
Order references are enclosed should anybody care to assist us. Absolutely shocking website/app design. Does not deserve even 1 star.

It is clearly a scam
It is clearly a scam! I placed an order for 110 euro for multivitamines. I received an email that order has been shipped. Next day i got email telling that if i want a refund, i have to press the button. Contacting customer services is not possible as it is a vicious cycle that brings to the same starting point. So if you don’t want to loose your money , don’t order from this site.
Rubbish company AVOID
So i ordered a pair of pennywise boots for a halloween party. I ordered on 3rd October, delivery states between 14/20th October so plenty of time.
Now saying they have 17 days from ordering to ship, and speaking to joom earlier today they said if my order has not been received by DECEMBER then i can get a refund.
What a totally rubbish company my first time and definately my last time ordering from this crap company.
Very long delivery time and customer service
Where to start!
Firstly the order took so long to arrive.
I could only order 2 of the cushions (I wanted 4) so I ordered 2 of another style. Unfortunately the other style is very bad quality. They don't agree on this!
I have contacted them, but to return the cushions (at my own expense) I should now send them photos to show that the cushions are in perfect condition.
(One of the zips was faulty when it arrived but I managed to fix it.) I will send them photos but what a bother!
The 2 cushions I am keeping are ok but not special.
I wouldn't advise using this company,
not at all customer-friendly.

I ordered a pair of Owl earrings that…
I ordered a pair of ring backed Owl earrings that were about £30 at the start of August.
(Debenhams had the same but were more expensive as they came from a Czech retailer). I got told I'd receive an e-mail closer to when they were due and to join the app to track them.
I waited.
I joined the app after a couple of weeks.
The order disappeared from my phone and a small note put that it was delivered practically a day or two after, though it said it would not be until mid September and I had no note to say they were due.
I've tried customer service which appears to be A.I. so no answer.
I've tried writing to Joom on twitter.
There is no way to contact them and I have neither my earrings nor money.
I fear this site is a dud.
So very disappointed. ☹️
I hope Customer Service reads this and can at the very least, give me an answer as to what happened.

Genuine fake
Ordered a "genuine" Amber bracelet. It did eventually arrive - with a "certificate of authenticity", but is clearly made of plastic beads. You appear to have to create an account to contact them in any way. Avoid this site.
Joom.com is clearly a scam.
A Warning to Anyone Considering Ordering from Joom
I ordered six beer glasses from Joom. The delivery was postponed several times without clear communication. When the package finally arrived, it contained only five glasses, in a box clearly designed for six. That alone would be disappointing, but what followed was far worse.
Attempting to contact customer service felt like stepping into a maze designed to frustrate. After painstakingly navigating through their convoluted complaint process, I was abruptly thrown out when I was about 85% done. I have wasted more than enough time on this farce.
At this point, I’m convinced that this lack of transparency and accessibility isn’t accidental: it’s a deliberate tactic. Make the customer struggle long enough, and most will simply give up.
To anyone reading this: do not order anything from Joom. This company operates with an alarming disregard for honesty and customer satisfaction. You would quite literally be better off buying from any other retailer.
The worst internet shop I have ever used
Very bad experience. First time ordered mount for loudspeaker. It was scratched and lacked a screw to attach the two parts together. Second time I ordered lid of frying pan. Instead of lid of 30cm diameter I got one with 15cm. It seems that this shop is not in position to deliver a quality product that you have ordered.
Still No Refund from Joom for Missing Order Placed in June
I placed an order with Joom on 17 June 2025, and it was reportedly delivered to a bin shed, which is completely inappropriate and unsecured. Because of this, I never received the package.
When I contacted Joom to request a refund, I was told to contact the merchant directly, but I never received any response. After that, Joom claimed that my bank was investigating the payment and that they couldn’t process a refund. However, my bank confirmed both in writing and over the phone that the case had been closed weeks ago.
I provided Joom with official proof from my bank showing that the investigation was closed, yet they keep falsely claiming it’s still under review. They even accused me of providing evidence from a different card, which is completely untrue.
It has now been over three months since my order, and I still haven’t received my refund or the item. Joom is now refusing to respond further, despite still holding my money for an order I never received.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability and false information from Joom is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering through Joom — their handling of missing orders and refunds has been appalling.

Do not order from this site. It’s a scam. I ordered an item over a month ago. I was supposed to receive it around Sept 14th. I received a note saying it would be late and arrive on October 6th. This was ok as the Birthday I ordered the item for was not until the 12th of that month. On the 6th I got that my order would be held up until November 25th and then if I did not receive it by then I would be given a refund that I would have to apply for. This is insane as the order has been in Koln Germany for the last 2 weeks according to the tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will regret it. Also the customer service is non-existent and unfortunately the item was expensive so it is difficult to order another one without the insurance of being able to get a refund for this one.

I ordered some things for my grand daughter and at first they told me the order will take around 2 weeks , well 4 weeks passed and I contacted them and to my surprise they told me the delivery can take up to 105 days to be delivered. Sorry but that didn’t go down well , and i requested my money back but when they answered they never even mention my request to get my money back
