Misleading delivery
When you sign up for the subscription, you think delivery is free, but in fact you have to pay a minimum of 5 euros for preparation fees, and the more you order, the more you pay 10-15 euros, etc.!
By the way, today I wanted to pick up the delivery, and it turns out it was delivered 5 km from my house :-(

It's a shame there is not a 'zero' stars. Every box arrives damaged (if it makes it at all) because packing for Kazidomi means throwing heavy items into weak boxes and not caring at all. Then they have the form filling and the 'personal assurance' saying procedures will be reviewed and improved -- till the next box of damaged goods arrive. And the demand for 'mandatory' photos just to make sure they waste as much customer time as possible. There is no point claiming to be an ethical, ecological company and then behaving like this.

Again a very bad experience
Again a very bad experience - it's a repetition - each time the products arrive several products are heavily damaged - and then it's like a criminal investigation to get a refund - and you have to send several documentation - and clean up the mess. Really disappointing as I like the initiative and the idea of quality products - but as it can not be trusted my orders are fewer and then the annual subscription becomes an issue. A shame really

I LOVE KAZIDOMI !!!

Ever since I started to order, the packaging appealed to me, a sturdy cardboard box and carton paper inside. I love it and have congratulated them many times for it. I LOVE KAZIDOMI !!!

It's been a nightmare
It's been a nightmare. I have cancelled my membership long time ago and this year they have been charging it since October, although I haven't subscribed it at all.
They have made me a refund every time I reported this issue, but then it starts all over again. This is the third or fourth time they illegal charged me a membership I haven't requested. And still didn't get an answer.
Besides, when logged in I am unable to delete my card details or delete my account. WHY? And why have they kept my bank details after I have cancelled a membership with them?
I do not recommend this company at all, it has been an awful experience and I hope it ends soon, otherwise I will have to make a legal claim against Kazidomi.

Another disappointing order
Today only half of my order has been delivered (all dry items were missing+ some fresh). Also, I have received cucumbers instead of courgettes, mandarines were smashed... I called the customer service and I could not receive an estimated timeframe of when I would receive the missing part of the order... Not a great start of the week...

Always a problem
We've been client for almost two years. Main reason we've stayed with Kazidomi is the available products for a correct price. This and the quality of the products we've purchased so far, are the only reason why I still give two stars.
But, the full price for a membership is not worth the service. The so called promise to ship within X-hours has never been followed. Every single order (once every two months) has had a problem. We've had products that we received half of what we ordered, that we don't receive at all or are broken.
Of course, in the sending something can go wrong and Kazidomi does their best to wrap up the products as good as possible.
For the other problems, like missing items, we understand if products aren't available at the moment but in none of the cases we've had any information from Kazidomi. A mail would be nice to inform your clients of missing items and offering a refund.
With Kazidomi, you have to check everything. Not only with the facture you receive with your package but also in your online account to see if everything is present. It happened on multiple occasions that the facture with the package says all is there but when checking with our online order, we see one or even multiple missing items.
Promised free items aren't always delivered either. Again, a mail or some communication saying the stock of this free item has run out, is favourable.
Luckily we've always had our refund (through a voucher for the website) when addressing these issues. But after having this problem more than once, a refund isn't enough anymore.
It's a shame because a webshop like this has true potential but it isn't worth the membership cost, delayed deliveries and missing items.
