Hello,

Our model is based on a annual membership system, which is written at every steps of the subscription and in our CGV that you can access on our website.

You can end your trial period at any time, and we make it clear that your membership will be automatically deducted after 30 days if you don't cancel.

We also sent you a few emails to warn you about this membership : after your subscription and 5 days before the payment. In these emails, we explain our system, the membership price, and how to cancel if you are not interested.

To unsubscribe, go to the “Manage my membership” section of your member area and click on the “Unsubscribe” button.

If you need help, please contact our customer service department (https://bit.ly/FaqLF) ; our objective is obviously not to trick you or force you to join.

Our model is based on an annual membership system, which enables us to offer you reduced prices on our products. When you register on La Fourche, you benefit from a free 30-day trial, and we point out that your membership will be debited automatically after 30 days if you do not cancel.

You also received an email 5 days before the payment ; did you check in your spams ? Of course, our objective isn't to force you to be a La Fourche member, and we will help you to resolve this situation.

Membership allows us to reduce our margins as much as possible and to offer organic and eco-responsible products to as many people as possible at unbeatable prices. On average, our members save 34€ per order.

For every membership purchased, we offer one to a household in need! For the moment we do not have different rates depending on the situation of our members

Here are the steps to take to receive the free membership:

If you haven't signed up yet, first create your The Forks account right here: https://lafourche.fr/account/register

Send us as an attachment one of the following proofs at support@lafourche.fr : a certificate from the CAF with a Family Quotient < 800€, allowance for disabled people, RSA, ASS or CROUS scholarship... (in PDF format if possible)

Once your account has been created and your proof has been sent, we will offer you your annual membership!
