Gorgeous products for a bargain price and efficient website with no drama if you want to cancel your subscription it’s very easy 🙏. Really impressed this company deserves a much higher rating than 3 stars!! Would recommend.

Thieves and liars. I was told I could remove my private financial information from the website at any time, as it is my legal right to do so. THIS IS A LIE they illegally keep your banc information. When I was finally able to so they simply billed my landlord. WHO IS NOT THEIR CUSTOMER AND SIMPLY SHARES THE SAME ADRESS they stole 60 euros from him so far. Of course I also received a damaged open product. I have tried many monthly beauty boxes, which varying prices, and this has been the worst experience by far.

Not so hot, not so bad. My wife (got this for her Christmas present last year) said they are OK, but has preferred other boxes. Plus management of subscriptions is a bit of a hook... be careful about not continuing your subscription by accident!

However, a mail has been sent to you one month before the end of your subscription, in order to allow you to unsubscribe before the renewal.
If your subscription is not suspended on the day of its renewal, it's renewed for 12 months depending on the type of subscription you have chosen.

I never received ANY box and i was debited twice since 1.5 months (and on the same address and name biotyfull nor birchbox don't have any problems arriving )
i wrote to customer service, so they wrote me to write the same i just written *in french !! _ ) and didn';t send it again !! Still not reimbursed nor received .
