Insufficient follow up, product not working while not receiving the follow up and solutions

Horrible service as they are not reacting to clear e-mails. Still not receiving refund for incorrect delivered products, and products actually not working, while the follow up is lacking. If something goes wrong, fixed it, it's easy. But their total lack of transparancy on communication and company name/address says enough we guess. We strongly advise this company to refund the incorrect order, see the e-mails thank you!

Very happy MS Office Pro 2024 LTSC

Ordered Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus (PC) LTSC version for one (1) PC.
Payment with CC to Norwegian firm went without any problems. Email with product code and PDF manual with link to installer download location was received instantly on a saturday.

An old office version needed to be uninstalled prior to installing this version.
Installing, activating this software worked perfectly.

Sketchy download of install files

You need to download the Office 2021 files from a Google Drive, because it doesn't work with the official Microsoft activation page. Sketchy to say the least, there is no way to confirm the installation files are clean, you might be paying to install a virus or other exploit. Microsoft does not support this type of license/key for consumers.
