Good customer service and product. I received a code but it did not work. I popped a quick message to the service desk and they responded with help and a new code almost directly and within 5 minutes everything was in working order. Everything is as it should be and I have all access to my Microsoft

In the end it worked out
In the end it worked out, my product was cheap and is working. But as one can read in all the reviews, there is a lot going wrong with the productkeys: mine was not delivered.
After my purchase, I followed all the instructions, and looked in all the assigned places but still didn't find the productkey. I then had to contact the customerservice.
They replied very fast (request on saturday, reaction on monday morning) but still, after this many reviews talking about the same problem it seems like some change in the companies conduct is needed.
