Delivered to my requested safe place. I wasn't disturbed, I'd seen the driver come up the path and the driver updated the delivered status immediately which I liked.

Delivered bright and early with no complications. Although the relay app was a little slow in updating the couriers delivery journey but it worked out fine in the end.

The shoes were to small and i take a 5 the stitches at the bottom hurt my feet they are so uncomfortable all so i had too take the laces out before i could get them on Mrs Hipkins

Delivery was difficult to gage as very little information was given. The maps used were decades out of date. And very late time of delivery slot when that information was accessible.

Because the delivery person called me from downstairs and I could pick it up. Otherwise it would be a problem as my parcels get stolen if left unattended.

I have had a few parcels delivered from relay now and they are always on time , let you no when they have arrived or been and leave the parcels were I ask them to , always friendly .

I like the fact that the courier delivers the parcel in our hands. It's very reassuring that he/she does not leave it and goes away. They actually wait for you to answer your door.
