Reshopper sent wrong sizes

I have ordered 5 items, 2 of them I received in a wrong size. The bodystocking was size 86-92 instead of 80 and overshoes were size 6-12 months instead of size 92 (that corresponds to 12-18 months). I bought those items from Reshopper, not from another user of the app.

Hi Anna. I'm sorry to hear that you received the wrong items. If this was a trade with another user, you should be covered by the buyer protection if the size of an item is not correct. Please contact our support on support@reshopper.com if you have any questions on this.

No item, no refund. Bad customer service.

I ordered an item and never received it. The item was shipped back to the customer and reshopper will not give a refund or the item.

Hi Jessica. When the item is shipped and waiting for you in the package shop, you receive 3 reminders from the shipping company. If the item is not picked up, then it will be returned to the seller. The payment has at that point already been paid out to the seller and it is not up to us to return it. You should contact the seller in order to arrange new shipping.

Buyer doesn't pay or return and reshopper does nothing

This app was recommended by some friends and to be honest it was a complete disappointment for me. I was selling a lamp that a buyer offered to buy, but since we were going for a birthday, I left it outside our door. The buyer came, picked up the lamp and didn't pay. When I texted her that I haven't received MobilePay, she claimed that the lamp is not as described (the cable is slightly discolored) and apparently she didn't see it until she got home (which is completely false as my mom was at home and saw her collect it and looking at the bag in the car). I told her that nothing was misleading as there were pictures and this is completely cosmetic, but she could return it if she prefers that. She denied doing that as well, claiming that I should go and pick it myself. Contacted customer support and they said they will block her, but 2 weeks since pick up, she still hasn't paid or returned the item and I don't think customer service cares or will do anything. A bit sad that they won't block people with such behavior, knowing other users may have bad experience as well. All in all, as I said, a big disappointment.

As we are still communicating with the buyer, we have not blocked her yet. We are sorry that you think that we don't care as this is of course not the case. Please make sure that you receive payment for an item when handing it over. That way you will not experience cases like this. We try our best to block users who are not behaving properly in the app, however we have to listen to both sides and the buyer had her own complaints with regards to the condition of the item, as you know.

Sadly I am no longer a fan of this app

Sadly I am no longer a fan of this app. As a seller and a buyer. One has to pay for seeing what is on sale....say what? using the search engine, pay for notifications etc, with so many other places to buy and sell, I personally have put reshopper on the back burner, sadly

There has been no change for users in the app and you don't have to pay anything to see what's on sale or get notifications. It's all still free.
You can pay for extra features, but you still have all the features you have always had. If you write to us on support@reshopper.com we can help you figure out what has happened to make you think you have to pay.
