I had a significant order and unfortunately some items were missing. After a couple of emails they managed to fix my issue and sent the missing items. All good now. I regret that i didn't see their coupons on the website which could have save me some money. Next time for sure.

A very poor customer service, pray never to have issues with any of your order, you probably going to get a respond after 100 tickets. I made wrong order which i cancelled immediately, I have been begging them with my refund for almost one month now , no response from them till now…Very poor customer service.

The company really doesn't care about its customers, even those who have been making regular purchases for a year. My last orders, totaling around from this month Oct - 3,000 euros, have been pending since October 4th, and I placed additional orders on October 8th, which are also still not shipped. When I contacted customer service, they finally replied after multiple messages. I mentioned that if something was out of stock, they should let me know and ship the rest, so I could order the missing items elsewhere, as I also have deadlines to meet. The representative denied any issues, saying everything was in stock and would be shipped soon. It’s now been 6 days since that conversation, and the products still haven’t been shipped. Yesterday, I sent another message—no response. Today, I sent yet another message, again with no reply at all. This is simply outrageous, not to mention dishonest, as I can see on their website that some items are marked as out of stock, which means they weren't available for my order... I am at a loss for words.

Very satisfied with Wordans I've ordered from them twice now and twice they've delivered. I even had a slight hiccup with my delivery the second time because the packet shop I ordered my delivery to was closed but I contacted them and thanks to Christian from the customer service department I was able to pick up my package the very next day.

Excellent service, and I was even surprised by the speed of responses to my letters!! Christian helped me and I can say that he responded very quickly and politely, I felt his competence as an employee, responsibility and desire to help. Although my parcel was not delivered for my reasons, he returned my money and left a great impression of the company and next time I will order things on this website!

Super customer service experience. I felt cared for and there were no stop signs. Communication was clear and professional. He helped me achieve my desired result proactively and nd in a timely manner.

unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up the parcel so it went back to wordans but Christian from the customer-service was very courteous and quickly made sure that my payment was refunded.

Unfortunately the last package is a delay… but Christian is the best in customer service, always helpful and responds very quickly.
