Used it for the first. Have checked the vin number of an audi Q8. The rapport says it is an audi A8. So i think i have trown my mony away

Paid options for services only partly provided. Received an email to refund the cost of the km check but never received it.
No response on emails.
Report had mistake on model and not informative as advertised.
Not satisfied with the service.

Paid for the report
Paid for the report. It had almost no information on it. The optional information that (I paid additionaly) could not be found, so they offered a refund, but the refund form has an error. Waiting to hear from support, but yeah...not a great experience. And now I have to go spend money elsewhere.
