Overall, the tool is good and very helpful as it provides a more comprehensive custom tailored approach towards running a business versus more generic AI tools.

Reason I didn’t give it. Five stars is that it does make mistakes and there are instances where you gotta stay on top of your toes and ensure the contents it’s developing is correct.

SCAM! Totally unethical sales practices. I signed up for a $5 subscription- at least what I thought. Signup messaging is deceiving and use fine print and hidden text to charge you for a $5 subscription, which is actually a “trial” to then charge you $120 on an auto subscription without any notification. Total scam. When I disputed charges and asked for a refund seconds after they charged my CC $120 - they refused. If they need to resort to shady unethical and deceptive sales practices like this, how could you have any confidence in the actual product. Any product or service worth a $1 would stand by the value of their product and not resort to shady business practices like this to rip people off of their hard earned money.

Pressable is absolutely the best! It took me hours trying to figure out an issue with a WP Theme and the theme developer was no help. The customer service team and specifically JESS was able to help me troubleshoot and fix the issue in literally seconds. Saving me time and more importantly helping me better serve my customers as well. My client would have been very upset if I couldn't make a critical edit to made right away and the Pressable team saved my *%&$
