Overall a good experience, good support. Would be nice to have more performance for network installs :)

Generally a pretty good web host. Makes Wordpress fairly easy to use. Only gripe is that their description of the backstage and sandbox sites say they can synchronize with the live site with a push of a button. When you get into the help files, though, they say that the sites are pushed, not synched. Not the same thing.

Pricing change substantially from originally quoted proposal - Moved to your competitor providing similar services and server for less than 1/3 your proposed new price.

I love the higher tier support, sales and automattic team. The migrations team doesn't read the entire communications and creates a lot of hiccups along the way.

Irvin was very patient, helpful, understanding and really made the switch from my previous web host to this site very easy. He was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what was needed. His explanations were detailed and easy to follow, and when there was something that I didn't understand, he explained to in a way that made it easy to understand.

Great support and great tools.
I would recommend however that you consolidate dashboards. As an Agency partner I have 3: Pressable, Jetpack and my Agency board. These should be one dashboard where I can get to anything I need.

Amazing host!! Customer service is phenomenal! They responded right away when I was having a problem. Walked me thru each step and then followed up the next day to make sure everything was still okay. You really could not ask for a better hosting company. So glad I decided to use Pressable.

I transferred my website to Pressable even though I didn’t qualify for one of their transfer specials — and they still honored it. That gesture alone impressed me, but what truly set them apart was the outstanding customer support I received when I went live. Their team was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to find a hosting company that treats you like more than just another account. Pressable did that and more.
If you're looking for reliable hosting with real people who care, I highly recommend Pressable.

Support is everything! Pressable is amazing! I'm in the process of moving over 200 sites to Pressable from another hosting company that I used to love because they used to care about support, but they've walked away from it, but Pressable definitely cares about support and is seriously awesome.
I was afraid that a new hosting company would take a while to get used to, but they seriously have made my life so much easier.
I've been building websites for over 15 years and have tried pretty much every hosting company and had my favorites, but Pressable is in a whole other class above the rest not only because of their awesome hosting and UI and Interface, but their support...seriously...it's awesome. Not sure how they found so many experts who are consistently able to deliver. Worked with Inam today and he was super patient with me. lol.
Oh! And their documentation and AI is great.
As a side note, our sites on the old server were previously loading in 1.2-4.5 seconds, but the overwhelming majority of our sites are loading in under a second...even our huge sites that were upward to 4-5 second load times.
They have a built in CDN and Caching and yeah...not enough space to write everything, but if you're hosting 1 site or 1000 sites, you're not going to go wrong moving to Pressable.

Good speed, and fast support. Unfortunately large restrictions in regards to configurating the hosting enviroment, and support was equite evasive on the topic. Could have saved us both a weeks time! Colaborator access took multiple days to setup properbly, mostly because support told us it was all good but told colabs they had to be granted access. After 5 days time of back and forth we gave up and moved on to Kinsta. Then everything worked flawles after a couple of hours. For more plain vanilla sites, pressable will probarbly work better, just be prepared to share admin login with colabs :p

Pressable has probably the best hosting service support!
They are quick and responsive, and their answers always come with actual solutions.
We are migrating 10 of our clients website, no doubt the websites are working much faster, automatic backups made us so confident, the infrastructure is most secure you can find, we highly recommend their service. We thank Automattic too for driving us here.

I was really disappointed with Pressable. I signed up for a 50 site account, which is $540 or so / month. It was nice that they transferred my sites for me, though they also put up a maintenance screen on the existing ive sites, without us having previously discussed that. Immediately though, Pressable's caching system didn't work with my sites. They blamed the custom themes, most of which had been running -- with caching working perfectly -- on SiteGround servers for years, and many of them going back to an old WP Engine account, where again, I had no issues with caching. I put in over 30 hours trying to work around their caching system, and that was just for three of those sites. I ended up switching back and abandoning the whole thing. What a waste of time for me, and honestly I have rarely been as disappointed in a hosting company's support level. I would rank it just barely above GoDaddy support. :(

My issue was solved, and Matthew was pleasant throughout. I have not had a poor support experience yet.
