Worst washer dryer ever purchased
Purchased my washer dryer back in February 2024 and without a shadow of a doubt it has been the worst appliance I have ever owned.
The washer dryer has been consistently faulty with leaks from the detergent tray, drum seal and electrical faults with the dial and buttons.
I am currently awaiting my 5th engineer visit and Haier are refusing to do anything but send engineers, despite the persistent faults and inadequate repairs.
On my first engineer visit the worker attempted to fix the detergent tray with glue and black electrical tape. I kid you not! I have photos. Consequent visits have had slightly more competent engineers but the machine still remains overall faulty.
Having a family with small kids means a functional washer dryer is essential, but with an Haier product I’m constantly left mopping up leaks or pulling my hair out trying to select options on a faulty electrical board.
I truly hate my product with a passion and the customer service team don’t really care, nor wish to truly understand or escalate my complaint. Just a constant cycle of waiting in for the next shoddy engineer visit.
Please don’t waste your time or money!

AVOID They are incompetent, rude and untrustworthy. Their delivery company "ProductCare" are just as bad if not worst. Like all of the other reviews on here, its a story of let downs, mistrust and complete uselessness. JUST AVOID both these companies. Trust us all, we have had to go through this, hopefully you reading this will see the light and go elsewhere.

Dishwasher went wrong within a few months. Calling the repair center was the worst experience of my life. 8 mins talking to an IVR to be put through to the rudest CS agent I have ever spoken to. The call center sounded like a party, could hardly hear him. He told me as my house had double yellows they couldn't book an engineer. I explained the next road is 10 second walk away and he kept saying 'If I can't provide parking, he can't provide an appointment ' Eventually booked it and I asked 4 x for the reference number he put ne on mute and hung up. Been trying to get a repair for a month and this is still 6 days away. Within warranty. Awful company.

So far not great, since Nov 7th I haven't had a working oven.
First one damaged
Second one fan doesn't work
Third one which should be delivered today in tracking says cancelled!!, no email, no text ,no phone call. I just called them and they don't know when it will be delivered. What a joke.

Bought a dishwasher
Bought a dishwasher
Worked 3 times and decided to fail .
Called customer service which took an age , engineer came out ,told my wife it was user error and left .
Dishwasher still broken
Recalled spoke to the ai assistant for a week before getting through to a human representative!
Engineer booked again ,turned up a week later as this was the earliest slot ,explained that the dishwasher was showing numerous faults and the previous engineer could have checked this by scanning a qr code .
Numerous issues and was told as its a new model it may take a while for parts !
Engineer 2nd time was great btw . 1st was an idiot .
Called customer services as engineer told me as it had been over 28 days now I was entitled to a new dishwasher rather than waiting for parts .
After another week on call to haier ai assistant I was put through to another human representative....
Explain the whole thing , he explained as the previous engineer had closed the case after his visit it started from the 2nd time I called .
I explained I wasnt happy as it was the engineers incompetence and not our fault and I wanted to escalate my complaint ,to be told there was no process for that and I had to wait 28 days.
28 days later (not the film) I had fairy soft hands and I called them up again
3rd week speaking to ai ,I made it through to customer service who said as the repair had been booked i had to wait !!! I refused and told them my rights and finally got an uplift for a replacement which will certainly not be haier ever again .
I bought the dishwasher on the 6th September.
I have used it 3 times in total .
Its now the 1st of December ,I have spent more time and energy speaking to customer service and their robots than I need to .
Dont waste your time .

My kettle went rusty!
My kettle went rusty!! A kettle that famously spend their lives full of water. After 2 months Haire failed to get me a replacement and Amazon refunded me. The kettle was 5 months old. Never again.

Machine is good but the integrated door holes on the machine are in a different place to standard, and the installers can't help you - so you'll have to pay for someone to come and do it at your own expense...
