I purchased a washing machine through appliances direct which after 2 months it breaks down displaying an fo2 error code which is the motor. I contact indesit and they leave me waiting for 10 days with a wash load stuck in the washing machine. When the engineer comes out he confirms it is the motor and that due to this I should be able to get a refund. They provide no uplift number which I am later informed is needed for the refund. When phoning indesit are very unhelpful trying to claim I should wait for the part to be ordered but to go over a month without a washing machine is not a reasonable time frame as the consumer rights act would agree. Both indesit and appliances direct are to now going to be reported to trading standards. Would never buy one of their appliances again.

Purchased an indesit washing machine from appliances direct less than 2 months ago. Broke down, had to wait 8 days for an engineer to come. Stated what we already knew such F2 fault and needed a new motor. No motors in stock until after Christmas. Now been given the run around and fibbed off and told to contact the manufacturer. Not upto us to contact the manufacturer. Now getting trading standards involved. Avoid like the plague.

Now 13days without a washing machine. Lots of washing stuck in the drum, been having to use a launderette. They don't compensate for the wasted washing in the drum that is now mouldy and the cost of the launderettes.

Having had a very poor experience with another company and the service, this was like a breath of fresh air. I found the booking system online super easy, and love the choice of dates.
The service engineer was punctual,friendly, professional,fast and very tidy. I cannot rate your service enough and how good your engineer was! Thank you for resolving the issue so fast and without any fuss.

Javaine the technician was professional and friendly. He explained what the issue was with the dryer and what he planned to do you rectify the situation.

He knew exactly the parts required for the repair and had them available in his work van.

Bought a indesit dishwasher few years ago, it broke 12 months later probably days out of the warranty. Had to buy d&g care to get it repaired. It was a common fault apparently with the heating element as water was leaking in and it would happen again. I then said howcome they are not getting recalled if this is the case. 12 months on it went again same problem. Engineer come out and fixed yet again. Here I am now 12 months later same fault. So I bought a dishwasher with a fault that would brake every 12 months. I have to know pay monthly for d&g care just because it will brake every 12 months. I got told they'd replace if it happened again. Yet here I am 3 times now and guaranteed to happen again in 12 months.

Edit to there reply.... I have contacted you just keep saying an engineer is booked. Why should I have the same fault fixed again?! It will go again in another 12 months like it has every year. So I have to continue paying for D&G care already paid for a dishwasher and now over £450 into this because ive no choice as you've admitted it will continue to break.

I found they were an efficient helpful company who were polite and helpful throughout

I am very happy with the overall service I have received. I was especially happy that my appliance was repaired on the first visit by the engineer, as it can be very frustrating if a part has to be ordered and you then have to wait longer for the repair to be completed.
