Had a pleasant encounter with this vendor. I had mentioned that the perfume I wanted was less expensive elsewhere and they immediately lowered their price and provided a discount. The Customer Service Team is on top of everything and responds promptly.

I ordered two bottles of cologne at a major discount and EDP delivered. I also just realized the name is a play on cologne.

I got my wires crossed and accidentally left a negative review for ediscountperfumes thinking I was writing one for olfactoryfactory (who I have had negative experiences with, boneheaded move on my part). ediscountperfumes absolutely rocks and has given me nothing but fantastic customer service, in addition to awesome prices. they are my go to fragrance retailer!! I have used ediscount several times over the last couple years. They have always had genuine products and great prices. The one time I had an issue with a fragrance giving me a headache they let me return it and I had refund In a few days. They are one of the very few places I trust.

Ordered a refill of By Killian Smoke for the Soul since it was discontinued and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I have some of the original from Killian still, so I was able to compare back to back. I’m pretty confident the product I received is legitimate. If it isn’t, it’s good enough to fool me, and I’m more discerning than most.

I do wish they’d relax a bit on the Terms of Service and shipping policy, though. I almost didn’t order because of the restrictions—it felt like they were giving themselves an out for a bad product.I suspect they just have a lot of bad experiences with shifty customers, but it’s a little disconcerting when you’re a first time customer. Ultimately I took the gamble and it was totally fine, but I didn’t need to reach out about anything.

I purchased Radio Bombay at an amazing price. It arrived quickly, packaged securely, in the original, sealed package. It smells heavenly. Recently I had to contact them about a big problem I HATE & that's concerning the USPS. They stated they've delivered my package & THEY DID NOT. I have nothing but great,experiences with Ediscount.

This company is fantastic. They have great prices and quick shipping. But what makes them keep my business is I had an issue with a leaking bottle and they responded to my email within minutes and offered to take care of shipping it back to them or give me a partial refund if I felt I could keep the bottle.

What matters most is customer service, which seems to be sorely lacking these days and this company went above and beyond to help. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

First of all, this place is absolutely legit and filled with awesome people despite not well-known. I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first and didn’t want to pull the trigger, but I did with my first order and everything went much better than I could hope for, great pricing, fast and cheap shipping and phenomenal communication.

Secondly, I was shook that they took times out of their day and reply on weekends, not only that but they did this multiple times throughout multiple orders, none of them ever disappointed me in any way. I truly believe this site is a hidden gem!

In the end, I would highly recommend this site to anyone who likes great discounted prices, my recent purchase of Initio Side Effect and Parfums De Marly Althair was a huge success.

Are they legit? Yes. Are the products legit? How was the shipping? Good shipping with 2 options. Will I recommend them? I have and will continue to do so.

I have made 2 purchases with EDP and I have absolutely no complaints about my experience. They are one of the best discounters in the game in my opinion.

More often than not they have the best prices, and you know you’re getting a legitimate Fragrance. I’ve bought 3 from them, some without boxes which cut the price down. All packaged well and shipped fast. I will def be ordering again. They sell out fast sometimes for desirable fragrances but at least they won’t take your money and you’ll be waiting. Great company.
