I am very disappointed with the service. I received a FAKE item of poor quality and have been trying to return it for over a month. Initially, they were waiting for a response from the supplier, and then they sent me a return form link that does not work and stop responding. Returning this defective product has been impossible. I do not recommend purchasing from this shop.
UPD 14.08.25 The shop contacted me via Trustpilot requesting the order number but has taken no further action. They have not responded to any of my emails, except for an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. I am still unable to return the counterfeit item I received, and no refund has been issued.

Bought a product from Fyndiq. The product was in no way what I expected as the «original» replacement is completely different. Both the «tags» and picture were wrong compared to what i received. It didn’t even fit. I trashed the product and bought a proper product from a different supplier. Fyndiq asked for feedback, but for a couple weeks now they have for different reasons every time not accepted the negative feedback. Fyndiq seems to be corrupt.
Never order from this place. It is like sending an order to blackhole. Their customer care works like bots and are a wall than a bridge.Anything you ask the answer is a autoreply that it cant be done. I haven't received my order and there is nothing i can do about it but i got a notification in my email that it got delivered.The thought is all that matters,isnt it? There is no support to connect to a tracking or provide communication with the supplier.no nothing,obviously they are very used to this.One day the customer is going to feel frustrated and give up on sending mails.

Presents a product as a Nintendo Joy-Con controller but it is a "no-name" product that is received.

On the physical packaging of the product, there is a large disclaimer stating that this product has no affiliation with the legal company Nintendo. There should be a requirement for this disclaimer to also appear in the online advertisement.
I see several other people has the same experience with Fyndiq, stay clear is my advice!

According to the tracking link that Fyndiq shared with me, the product left the depot six days after I ordered. Not super quick, but it would've been alright if it hadn't been returned to that depot the very next day. From then on, it hasn't moved. It's been two weeks, and I realize I won't receive my order.
Fyndiq have refunded me, which is good, but in order to be a trustworthy store, you need to send the products people order.
I ordered / bought 2 PS5 controllers from Fyndiq, as Fyndiq confirmed me that everything sold from their website was real / authentic, as it is stricktly forbidden to sell fake products in Norway.
When I recieved my order, after waiting for 1 month, I got very dissapointed when the controllers was obviously fake, they was very light in weight, when I tried to play a ps5 game - I got a message that "this ps4 controller cant play ps5 games", it didnt even have a mic, also the box it came in was fake ! Also if you are thinking about saving money, the original only cost 115 NOK more than these fake ones, who dosent even work. So its not even worth it. But I have to say, they could easily fool someone by look, as they look like a good copy. So they are very descieving.
I wrote a message to Fyndiq, they helped me get in contact with the seller, who of course claimed the controllers was real, he also offered me half discount and told me I could keep the controllers <-- I had to send pictures of a real on the side of the fake ones, had to write several emails back and forth, before they finally told me that if I give them 5 stars - they will give me a full refund.
What a scam.. They obviously try to scam their customers, then "buy" them off with 5 stars when they get caught...
Well, Here is my 5 stars to you. Btw, got my full refund :)

They have too much space, causing the bottles to fall down. Unfortunately, I cannot fix this issue myself due to the pre-made holes. Despite being offered a discount of 250 kr, it is clear that these items were designed incorrectly and do not meet our needs. If we had known about this beforehand, we would have chosen a proper wine holder instead. I expect to receive appropriate compensation for this inconvenience.

Poor quality pieces, some of which were put in the wrong box. The «automatic error correction» doesn’t work. The poster is definitely not in HD, and the artwork is stolen from another artist (Thomas Kinkaid). We have up on December 2nd.
