The guy that came to fit it to the house was very helpful, very efficient, would recommend
Excellent first impression
The installer kept us informed of his arrival time and the install itself was carried out quickly and efficiently. He spent time explaining how to use the charger and left everything tidy when he had finished.
On time neat job
The electrician was polite on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. I would have given 5 stars if he had cleared up completely I accept it is a garage but drill dust was left.

Ahmad came because we had a problem with our podpoint home charger. He checked the system thoroughly and found the fault. He then sorted the problem and the charger is now working properly again . Ahmad was very good and very efficient.

Great installation by Pod Point…
Great installation by Pod Point engineer Hayden - was difficult due to the position off the firebox but completed with no trunking.
If its not straight forward, they struggle
I didn't have a straight forward installation due to needing a D-Loop which no one warned me about. Liasing between the installation team and Northern Power grid was pretty useless. I knew more than Podpoint did. It took at least 6 months between me purchasing the unit and getting the installation.
It was only my own pushing that got it sorted.
I ordered an extra cable that in the end I didn't need. I've been trying to return it for months but the return form doesn't work. I sent emails, but no one answers. I've been on hold more times that I can recall and I still can't get to resolved. I've just tried again. I've been told the return form has gone through, but I have no confirmation and could not be given a timeframe about when I will be contacted.
The installation itself was quick and easy but PodPoint.. you really need to work on your communication.

Prompt tidy install
Prompt, tidy install and the app is good. There was a lot of information to provide upfront, but that did mean there was a plan when they arrived. The engineer did a really good tidy job, turned up when he said, made sure we knew how to use the system before he left. The only fault was that after some discussion about how to route the cable the online team had not communicated the conclusion to the engineer. Plus the payment in full upfront which both Octopus and Podpoint use is not ideal

I had a POD charger fitted 4 years ago . It’s been a very good experience. When ever i’ve had any query or required any assistance the POD team have been prompt and professional. The assistance is available 24/7.I would recommend having a POD charger fitted when selecting your EV option.
