I got through to an adviser quickly who was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I had trouble hearing the adviser on the call, it may have been the headset equipment he was using.

Wanted to close my account as no longer needed and Eric helped me with this. Service he supplied was excellent and he even arranged a refund of the little balance I had on my account.
