Ahmed- Excellent service

My point point was installed in 2022.
I have had no issues with it since.

Two weeks ago the electricity turned off completely in it and Ahmed came over today to replace the faulty part.
He was polite and very respectful of my property.

He completed the work very quickly and im very happy to have a working pod point!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, from ordering to installation by Callum Shields whom I might add was a really pleasant friendly professional guy, exceptional communication and nothing was to much trouble and he did a marvellous job, work is of an impeccable standard and i am a very fussy person in that regard. Top work pod point.
I highly recommend to anyone in the future who is turning to ev you must go pod point, fantastic from start to finish 👏

Hugely disappointing product and service

We have had our Podpoint Home charger for just under three years. When it stopped working, I contacted Podpoint and was sent a lengthy DIY sort-it-out yourself document. None of this worked so I re-contacted them and was told they had diagnosed a fault in my charger. I was then told that as it is out of warranty (so much for the five-year thingy) I would be charged £190 call out for an electrician Plus the cost of his time when repairing it and the cost of parts. When I pointed out that under international law it had to be fit for use for six years, I had an email assuring me that it was absolutely doing its job and had worn out because of the large voltage passing through it. Under international law, the owners was on me to prove it was not fit for purpose and on reflection I decided simply to go to another company. Podpoint seem to have many problems and seem to be very unwilling to resolve them. The customer service was worse than disappointing. I would not touch them with a bargepole – it was an expensive mistake.
