Easy as ABC.
Easy to navigate.
Quick and Easy
Easy and fast service to use. No need to navigate through badly laid-out government websites from the 1990s.
Very poor service
Very poor service. Their online platform doesn't work and not necessarily talking to ASIC system. We paid but missed the business registration renewal and until today they couldn't fix it and claim on us that payment failed.
If payment was failed we should have been informed about it. But nothing was mentioned and we were under the impressions the renewals were done as we paid.
Will formally lodge against their services to FT and Tribunal.
As Always Efficient & Effective
As always, eCompanies efficiently and effectively handles my interface with ASIC when it comes to reserving and managing my corp business names. ASIC is so clumsy and eCompanies just deals with it smoothly and easily. Thanks heaps.
I dont know if I am being overcharged
I dont know if I am being overcharged. Who keeps track of how often I pay the fees (it said every two years)
Support impossible to contact if you have any issues
i was able to register a company (done this previously) but the ABN registration failed, their website states to contact them through the chat widget... which doesnt exist. Sent multiple emails (replied to their original welcome email) and they go unanswered.
There is no email/form or phone number to call, I will no longer be using this company due to the lack of support options.
Don't use it for web domain and email hosting!
Quick and easy to set up a new company, but absolutely terrible for domain name and email hosting. Customer service is almost non-existent. I have spent days trying to sort it out and I am just not getting responses to my communications. I have a brand new business which I'm unable to market to clients because I can't set up the email address, and even the domain is locked in with ecompanies because I can't access the DNS info to transfer it to another provider. I've fallen down a communication black hole that I can't get out of and my whole business is completely paralysed! If you want quick and easy web domain and email DO NOT use ecompanies!

This was about renewing the business…
This was about renewing the business name. I could have done it via ASIC at half the price.
Very easy to use
HAVE USED THEM TO OPEN 1,000 COMPANIES
HAVE USED THEM TO OPEN 1,000 COMPANIES. NOW AFTER OVER 1,000 INCORPORATION THEY WANT TO VERIFY MY CREDIT CARD INFO. TAKEN FOREVER. CANNOT CALL ANYONE, NO ONE REPLIES TO EMAILS.
Alway on the point.
