Bad service

Bad service. trying to contact them through their support page or any other means but no response. They are acting like no-response fraud companies online. Very sorry to write this but looks like that is fact

eCompanies needs a telephone support line or real time chat service

eCompanies needs a telephone support number or at least a real online real time chat service. Company was setup after several hours. The problem was that the eCompanies system allowed me to submit an application started more than a year prior that was no longer supported by the site. The eCompanies system could not process the application and I was in limbo with no way to identify the problem myself and no real time support. Not a good feeling when at this point a website has processed your credit card payment and it cannot be cancelled by the bank. I suggest eCompanies purge all old applications in their systems such as mine to avoid this problem occurring for any other of their customers. To their credit, when I did get an email response, the problem was identified and after I cancelled and then resubmitted, the application seems to have gone through ok.
