DO NOT USE - WASTE OF MONEY & NO RESOLUTION FOR A PARCEL THAT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
I have an order that’s says was delivered by DPD to house number 4 and signed for by June, I live at No2. I have been in touch with DPD as no such person lives at number 4. The photographic evidence of delivery is my house in the dark taken from the road. DPD say you must take up with the seller which I have done. The seller says GPS proves delivery - how can this be when tracking says not left at my house left with neighbours (he is in his 90’s and does not answer the door) have checked with other neighbours and there is no trace of my parcel or knowledge of who June is.
I don’t deny that DPD came to my property but the parcel was not left! if it was left at my property why does tracking say something different.
Now being told have to go back to DPD who are saying I need to go back to Frangrancex.
It feels like my money has been stolen. Don’t fall for cheaper prices it could end up costing you lots of time as well as money, definitely stress I could do without after having had a
Heart operation!!
First and last order and will spread the word about my appalling experience
The perfume arrives one day late so that was fine but I am so disappointed as it does not smell one bit like Angel by Muglar - I have been wearing Angel for years, read the reviews and thought I would give your company a go but never ever again. Absolute rip off - wish I’d paid the full amount and bought it from a reputable high street store !

I placed an order for perfume from this Company and was kept updated with the tracking of the order, However, as it is sent from New York USA ( I think) it did take a while to arrive, but that was okay for me.
I have no complaints about the product.
The suprise was when I checked my bank statement and found that I had been charged a 'Non sterling transaction fee' The extra amount was 2.75% of the figure that I thought that I was paying.
I did not realize that this would happen as the amount quoted for payment when I placed the order was in Pounds Sterling.
So effectively you will pay 2.75% more than the price shown.

Finally they sent the perfume after 6 weeks .

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have the worst customer service of all the fragrance retailers. I paid for a fragrance via Klarna that arrived damaged and the customer service reps at Fragrancex postponed providing me with a return shipping label due to the Canada Post strike. They told me that they'd send a return label and waive my return shipping fee due to the inconvenience once the strike ended. In the meantime, I opened a claim with Klarna (WHICH FRAGRANCEX WAS AWARE OF) to pause the payments because why would I continue to pay for something that arrived damaged with a broken atomizer? Now that the strike is over, Fragrancex's customer service rep Hernan is now telling me to close the claim with Klarna in order for me to receive the shipping label? Klarna has already told me the claim is closed yet Fragrancex keeps moving the goal post since they do not want to take accountability for this mistake and rectify it. I want to return this useless damaged item and receive my refund but they're making the process so difficult, for what reason? I truly don't know.

The company sent me the incorrect item and when I contacted them they told me they would send the correct item back. I emailed them before they received the item to again make sure they would send the correct item. They replied they would send the correct item as it was their fault. I got this item from fragrancex.com instead of getting it at perfume.com because it was only 4 dollars less. The company sent a template email that I was being refunded. I emailed back to let them know it was supposed to be replaced and not refunded. They responded with the exact same template email. That they had refunded me. So I called. The man told me that the order had already been refunded and said could he not replace the item. He offered no explanation or resolve to the issue. When I told him that this was not what was agreed on and that I felt the company should take care of the situation he then asked for my order info. When he looked it up he stated it was no longer in stock in my size ordered. That i would have to place a new order (which was now 30 dollars more than I paid for it). Didn't honor their previous price and acted like I was outrageous for being upset with this. Worst experience ever. Could've gotten this order from a more reputable company without the hassle. Save yourself the 4 dollars and use the other guy!!
UPDATE!! After leaving this review, the company emailed me and asked me what they could do to make it right. Said they wanted to help in any way they could, much like in their reply to this review. I emailed them back and got no response. Still no resolution or I mean...offer me a coupon or something...not that I would use it because of this experience. But, it might have made things seem as if you cared about your customer service. What a joke.

I was sent a so called tester bottle with a plain box packaging. I ordered from the picture which had the proper packaging and did not say tester . The lid for the perfume bottle was unnecessarily tight and this already raised my suspicions . After trying the perfume ( Dolce and Gabbana Blue ) i realised it was a fake as this is a perfume I buy often . Buyer beware !!! Do not be taken in ! The reviews are clearly just as fake as the perfume . Do not touch with a barge pole !!!!

I ordered a perfume through the app i didn’t get the exact price bill on my email and i just ordered 1 perfume but they add 2 of them they deducted the payment from my account now i’m not able to use the app it is showing error.

Asking for an "authorisation code" so I can complete the order, after I have already paid for it. This code is shared between banks and merchants but is not usually exposed to customers, you need to contact your bank to get it.
Depending on the bank, they may:
1) Be difficult to contact
2) Don't have this code available in their systems easily for support agents
3) Refuse to give the code to customers
I have also never been asked for this code in my whole life, for any online purchase.
You can see this is mentioned in a lot of other reviews too. So clearly I am not the only one frustrated by it.
Maybe they are suffering from fraud, but they are just frustrating regular honest customers with their policy.
I should not have to contact my bank just to get my order processed

Do not trust this website. They advertise one thing, you make the payment and you receive the order confirmation for something else. They say you will ge refunded in $ not £ as you had paid & in some 2 weeks! And that they will correct their online information! If this is not a scam, tell me what is!

I was abit take back as ive never herd of the company ,after looking at the reviews I gave them a try .Amazing different perfumes/aftershave. Very good prices ,quick delivery. Tracking available throughout. Really happy with my purchase because it was a discontinued dolce and gabbana red velvet box. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered a perfume and immediately realized it was the wrong perfume and cancelled.They acknoledged cancellation.However, it was a weekend so the money actually came out of my account on the 27th of October.I sent email that money had not been recived and they responded that i should wait for 5-7 working days.I did and nothing.I wrote back to them and they said money has been refunded to my account on the 26th of October which is not possible as it hadnt left my bank account till the 27th.Up to now they have refused ro refund the money despite my bank approaching them and letting them know the refund had not been recieved.I think this is chicanery and I can no longer trust or deal with this company,which is such a shame as previously bought perfumes with them.Really disappointed customer

Price point was great on my Ralph Lauren Polo green 4 Oz Eau De Toilette / Cologne Spray, and it is the real deal! Put it on 2 hours ago, and still smells great!
I was a little nervous because after placing my order, I found a few bad reviews. Plus I previously ordered from a different company on my last bottle, and it was a counterfit product. I will ALWAYS PURCHASE FROM FRAGRANCEX.COM!
Order went smooth, shipped quickly, arrived well. I could not be happier with my purchase, and I'm smelling great. 🤗

I ordered two fragrances from FragranceX (Order #71138188), and what I received was extremely disappointing and concerning. The products appeared to be counterfeit — the scent was harsh and faded within minutes, the liquid was murky/cloudy instead of clear, and the packaging and bottle details didn’t match genuine versions.
I contacted customer support with photos, videos, and side-by-side comparisons. They eventually agreed to accept a return, but I had to pay £29.55 out of my own pocket to ship the items back.
After receiving the return, they did not issue a full refund:
• I paid £71.40, but they only refunded $70.40, which is less than the original amount.
• They refused to refund the return postage, even though the products they sent were not authentic.
So I’ve ended up out of pocket, with no products and no full refund.
I’ve now had to escalate this through my card provider/Mastercard chargeback process for counterfeit goods.
