I knew the suction wouldn't be as good as my old Dyson but I had hoped for something better. The light on it is handy for doing the stairs and the suction on the main machine is acceptable but when you take off the air lift to do the stairs the suction coming from it is horrendous and when you press boost it just blows out more air from the top and makes more noise!

The price of the flight was excellent, I was able to send my mum on a surprise holiday for a few days extra than anticipated and they made suggestions I didn't think about - to ensure no prices were visible on the paperwork as it was a gift - they sent email reminders and were also always polite and friendly over the phone, even calling to check everything was sorted. I can't fault them, fantastic team. I'd recommend them highly!
