The product was never delivered.
After more than 2 months without delivery, I canceled the order and requested a refund.
Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, no refund has been issued after 63 days.
This purchase amounts to 965 EUR, and I feel I am being scammed with repeated generic replies such as “sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on your case.”

If anyone else had the same problem in Portugal, when sending the case to court, you can also mention my complaint.

I ordered an Iphone that their website said was in stock.. It was not. 7 weeks later I canceled the order. I am still waiting for a refund. This company is a total scam. Not possible to call them and it takes 2-3 days for them to answer an email. Do yourself a favour and buy your stuff somewhere else.

This company took an order for an Apple Watch the date 28-03-25. We paid them 680,15 euro by bank transfer. They never managed to deliver the product nor solved that problem, so after trying for almost 2 months we cancelled in May 25. Up till this day 01-10-25 they have not returned the money to my bank account, only reserved it on their website, which I would never use anyway, ever again. They also refused to send back a so called hoja de reclamacion which I send them by registered mail in June 25. All communication was unsatisfactory satisfactory, constantly avoiding or deflecting our demands to pay us back. Now I have to go through my bank and follow some special procedure to, hopefully and finally get my money back.This is now going on for more than 5 months and I corresponded or at least tried to in aprox 25 messages send

Prometieron envío en 48–96 horas, pero después de más de una semana no enviaron nada y no dieron número de seguimiento. Atención al cliente solo habla de “retrasos”.
Muchos clientes tienen los mismos problemas. ¡Es increíble que esta página siga existiendo en la UE!
Este tipo de tienda no debería existir en una sociedad moderna.

I placed an order on Allzone (Order Nº 988915431y) and paid by card.
The seller promised shipment within 48-96 hours, but more than a week later nothing was shipped and no tracking number was provided. Customer support only gives vague replies about “delays”, without any real information.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reputation of this shop beforehand, many other customers report the same issues. It is such a disgrace that such a website still operates in the EU!!!
I have already requested a refund and I am preparing to file a chargeback with my bank, as well as a report to the police and consumer protection authorities.
Be very careful with this shop!!!

I hope this translates well to Spanish for your sake!...do NOT purchase from this company! I won't repeat the same story from other reviewers but you will NOT receive the goods you order (they will tell you it's out of stock AFTER you have paid). You will also NOT receive your refund for several months (if at all). It's a scam. You have been warned!

They do not have the products, they do not send them they probably buy them in China or other markets and then you have to wait an eternity.
I made an order that indicated a delivery date between 9-12 Setember. On the 12th I tried to contact the customer service and they hang up the phone every time, they only respond to emails with generic messages that add no real info on your issue.
I cancelled de order (that had not yet been sent) on the 12th and they still did not issued the refund, or even confirmed that they received the IBAN and processed the refund. There is no reason to not automatilly issue a refund for a product that was not shiped. Next step was to file a fraud complaint in my card issuer.

I ordered a iPhone which was promised delivery within 2-7 days which was in May 2025, nothing arrived, I requested a refund, after many emails they eventually replied stating my refund would be received between 7- 14 days after 11th August 2025. I still have not received my refund and after emailing them daily since 11th August, NOTHING!! They should not be allowed to trade! I will be taking this further to get my refund.

I ordered this watch on July 20th, with the promise that it would arrive within 3 to 6 days. I never received a tracking number, even after asking numerous times. On August 4th, I requested to cancel my order and received an email promising a refund.
Today, September 13th, I still haven't received my money back.
In their website and emails, they always mention that a process may take “X days” but then add that it could take even longer due to other reasons. The reality is that, regardless of excuses, my cancellation request was made on August 4th and to this day the refund has not been completed.
Allzone ignores its own commitments and customer requests. Don’t buy from this store!

Paid for my order on the 17th of July 2025. Receival of payment confirmed by email from Allzone on the 18th of July 2025, informing me that my order would arrive between the21st and 25th of July 2025.
Order has not arrived as of today and 1. Allzone refuses to provide a Complaints’ form, which is punishable by law, 2.say that they started processing order as per the 13th of August (contradicting their own previos email), and 3. then try to blame GLS for not picking up order but Allzone doesn’t provide the reference number for that supposed due pickup when asked for it. 4. Don’t respond or answer anymore to emails asking about my order either.
**NO PRODUCT RECEIVED & MONEY LOST.**
I was advised by local police to file an official fraud & theft complaint against Allzone, which is the advice I’m following currently.

I dont even know where to start with this company.... Ordered on 19/03, order number 398615 reference 952179065. Waited for a month, then another month for delivery until a point when my old phone started malfunctioning and I had to sort out a new one quickly. Cancelled the order as Allzone didnt have a clue when they could arrange a dispatch, took me many many messages to actually cancel and ask for a refund: they kept insisting on delivering the item but never committed to a fixed day of delivery. Then the interesting bit started when I kept asking 'where is the money???' An agent was meant to call me (why???) and never called, then after 2 months of endless emails (you cannot call them, why??), they credited my Allzone account with balance for future purchases plus 20 euros more (WHAAAT???) and said that if I don't buy anything after a few days I will get the money credited back to my card. NEVER HAPPENED! I contacted them again only to find out that I have to speak to my bank, give them some reference number and the bank will sort it out. The customer service guy in the bank was baffled! Mind boggling.... I still don't know how to resolve this but I am 10000% sure I will never order from this company again. Looks like a money washing scheme to me...

Im a selfemployeed salesconsultant. I used to order smartphones for work purpose at Allzone throughout the years. The 12th of April i ordered a IPhone 16 PRO. Order number 537827492. I payed a total of 1.064,10 euro. I have still not received my order. Please make a refund immediately, otherwise i see no other option than including my lawyer to solve this case.

The company does not respect at all the delivery dates indicated when you make the purchase. The delivery was indicated within 3-6 days, and after the 6th day, they did not even start to prepare the ite. I called various times and the assistant keeps asking if I want to cancel the order, without responsabilising herself to accelerate the process, although I asked for that. I counted with a phone that arrives in 6 days, so of course I need my phone, not to cancel the order. It seems a ghost company and I am also afraid to cancel because various reviews report that the refunds are also not processed.

I bought a phone on March 7th. After several days I got an email saying that the phone hadn't been sent yet and that it was going to be delayed, so I cancelled the order. It's been over 5 months of emails and phone calls and still haven't received my money. The last email I got said that I should start a chargeback process through my bank but my bank can no longer do that since it's been over 3 months since I payed for the phone. I called and wrote to Allzone on august 2nd to tell them that and give them my IBAN so they can send me the money. I still haven't received an answer. This is such a scam. It's extremely difficult to communicate with them and all they do is keep delaying the process.

I placed an order on July 22, 2025 (order ref. 444961) and today, August 21, 2025, the product has still not been delivered. According to EU consumer law, the maximum delivery time of 30 calendar days has already expired.
Customer service responses are automated and generic, providing no real solution. The information about the order status is unreliable and inconsistent, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
At this point, I am formally requesting either the immediate delivery of the item or a full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the case to the official consumer protection authorities.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not buying from this store.
